>_____<;;

A green scenery blurred before her when she opened her eyes. A sigh escaped her lips when she did realize where she was. Namjoo tried to get up, but felt an arm hold her back down.

"Trying to run?"

She turned to see Chanyeol lifting his face up from the pillow beside her.

"I would have already done so before you even knew it," Namjoo roughly spat.

"Yea, sure," he muttered before sitting up.

Namjoo tossed his arm off her before pulling herself up and realized she wasn't feeling as well as she thought she would after a night of sleep. Anger was still residing at the bottom of her heart and she was still slightly puzzled over everything that had happened back home.

"What?" Chanyeol asked from behind.

"Nothing," she mumbled before turning away from the scenery of the busy city life outside the window.

Chanyeol quickly climbed off the bed to block her path in fear that she would easily walk out. "What's been bothering you?"

"I said nothing," she repeated herself.

"You've been weird lately," he reprimanded, "you know I won't judge you. If you have something to say, I'll listen."

And she sarcastically thought about telling him of the visit from her dead grandma, the Shadows, the fire she suddenly created, and the angel who had come to her. Oh yea sure, he'd believe all that when it'd been like hell for her and her sisters.

"Are you so sure about that?" Namjoo judged, which made him feel doubtful.

"Something is bothering you," he stated.

She turned away even more annoyed with the fact that he saw through her, but he didn't say anything. Instead, Namjoo felt him put his arms around her before pulling her tightly against him and she realized she really did want some comfort. The kind of comfort she was afraid to ask for from her sisters. Clutching onto his shirt she snuggled into his shoulder and muttered, "I'm sorry." And whatever it was that she really was apologizing for, she didn't even know.

"Are you sure you'll be ok?" Chanyeol asked putting his car into park in front of her house. "I can go in with you."

"Either way, Victoria's going to be ready to kill me anyway," Namjoo muttered pulling her seatbelt off.

"She's not that bad."

"You don't live with her," Namjoo continued muttering before she unlocked the door.

He grabbed her arm after mumbling a thanks, "You...will call me, won't you?"

Namjoo shifted her eyes to look at the street before turning to him. She didn't feel like saying "Yes" or "No." She didn't want to give him an answer at all.

"Just...give me some time," Namjoo sighed. "I'll call you when I'm ready."

"Promise?"

She stared at him with an incomplete sigh. She knew she should feel bad for leaving him hanging, but what could she guarantee him when she didn't even know what she wanted for herself?

Chanyeol leaned over to give her a kiss before saying, "Call me. I'll wait for it."

Turning away she walked out of his car and up the steps to her home. Victoria was walking out of the kitchen upon her entrance and Namjoo was ready to dodge any bullets coming her way. Without a word she started turning toward the stairs.
