>_____<;;

With a loud yawn Namjoo pulled the door open and froze when Suho awkwardly smiled in greeting.

"Uh...good morning," he nodded toward her.

"Oh...what a surprise," Namjoo awkwardly laughed and turned around to scream, "Chorong!!" Then turning back to Suho she smiled and slipped out the door while saying, "Well, enjoy yourself. Chorong's the only one home now."

Namjoo went to work with a clear head, cleared her boss' schedules, set up appointments, and answered continuous phone calls. It suddenly felt like everything was normal as if there had been no Luhan, no powers, and no trips back to the past. Normal, normal, normal.

But she knew better.

Even if Lee Shin Il was dead, they still had to find the grim reaper in the midst of dealing with everything else in their life. She didn't fear Changmin or the fact that he was with the bureau. Namjoo trusted him, because she knew he wouldn't hurt Victoria, she believed he wouldn't. Hurting her would hurt them.

She couldn't judge Suho, but she hoped he was as nice as he seemed. And if ever Chorong chose to reveal their truth to him, Namjoo prayed and hoped he would be accepting of them.

Along this, Namjoo knew she still hurt from having lost Luhan and it was definitely hard getting over him. She knew a lot of time would have to pass by before she would understand why he didn't take her with him. Namjoo was trying to accept his decision, she really was, but her heart ached too much for her to be able to. A part of her was still in denial and that part of her wasn't ready to move on any time soon.

That wasn't why she'd approached Chanyeol though. He always wanted to know and she always hid from him. For once, she finally thought he did deserve to know why she was the way she was and why things were the things they were. In her heart she knew he wouldn't think she was a lunatic, but she had hurt him by revealing Luhan. Chanyeol would hurt and she knew he hurt a lot, so that was why she didn't expect him anymore. And that seemed ok for the time being.

When she left for lunch she found him waiting outside for her.

"Hi," he greeted when turning to face her.

"Hey," she quietly returned the greeting.

"Here," Chanyeol brought over a sandwich and a bottle of juice for her.

They were sitting on a bench just outside a café a few minutes later. Namjoo didn't know why he had stopped by or what he was going to say, but she decided listening to him was the least she could do.

"I was thinking," Chanyeol started as she unwrapped the sandwich, "why did you decide to tell me?"

Namjoo glanced into the street and bit into her sandwich before chewing. Chanyeol patiently waited and Namjoo swallowed the sandwich before eying the part of the sandwich she'd bitten.

"Because it's not fair for you," Namjoo told, "and I don't want to be a liar."

Chanyeol tried to smile perplexed, but his smile only came halfway before dying out. He was hurting and he didn't know what to say to her.

"Can I ask," he began, "did you mean it that time, when you said you'd come back to me?"

Namjoo nodded.

He pressed his lips together into a straigiht line, "I'm sorry, Namjoo, for saying those things about him and calling you a liar. I was..."

"Just angry," she finished for him.

They turned to look at each other and she smiled.

"It's ok, Chanyeol," she assured, "thanks for the sandwich and the drink."
