Our alarms went off at exactly six thirty in the morning. I didn't want to get up, I just pulled the covers over my head. But I got up, not wanting to get in trouble for missing breakfast or anything of the sort. Then again, breakfast would start in an hour and a half.

I secured my crutches around my forearms, and went over to the closet. My hand reached into the closet, and pulled out a bundle of clothes. The others were groggily dragging themselves across the room to the closet as well. "These are our uniforms?" Brooklyn semi-asked. "Snazzy." Remarked Rayna. "Very snazzy indeed." I joked, twirling around. Abi erupted into laughter, doubling over. "C'mon, guys. Let's go to breakfast." Abi managed between bouts of laughter.

"Over there, that one's Gretchen Wieners. She's totally rich because her dad invented Toaster Strudel." Jessica quotes. "Oh my garnet, I could some Toaster Strudel." Rayna complains as her stomach growls. Giggles rise from Abi and I. "Violet, where's the Toaster Strudel?" Brooklyn asks. "I don't know." I reply. "But you know everything, Satan!" I put my hand on Brooklyn's shoulder, which is hard because I'm still sort of balancing on one crutch and she's taller than me. "Brooklyn, dear, I don't know the precise location coordinates of the Great Wall of China." I say.

"Oh snap!" Abi said. "That certainly was a heavy dose of déjà vu." Jessica remarks, putting a hand to her forehead. "Deja vu?" Brooklyn and Rayna ask in unison. "One day in fourth grade or something, Jessica was complaining about school starting so early, and she said that I knew everything. So I said that I didn't know the precise location of every single Chuck E. Cheese."

After a bout of giggles, we sit down at a table in the cafeteria after grabbing some muffins from the table of food set up. Maybe this school won't be so bad..
