"Abi Bloom, wake up!" I yelled to Abi. Angel's eyes fluttered open, and she bolted up. "AW YEAH IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!" She cheered. She got out of bed, threw on some clothes, and braided her hair. Oh, yes, we have hair now. Mine's been growing like a weed since the beginning of the week. I shoved mine into a neat bun and smiled very wide. "I've got a surprise.." I said mysteriously. "What is it?" She's jumping up and down now, that's how excited it was. "Follow me."

I took her out into the main area and smiled when I saw the large pink and blue cake I made for her. "Yeah! Cake for breakfast!" Abi shouts, and a knock on the door sounds. I open it to see the boys. "Why hello, there. Won't you come in?" I say somewhat cheerfully, even though I want to slap them-*cough cough* Niall *cough cough*-right across the face. But I don't, because that's assault and I would be charged for assaulting One Direction.

The boys walk in, not even saying hello. They plunk down on the couch and I cut the cake and give everyone a slice. Rayna suddenly kicks down the door, and Brooklyn and Jessica follow in behind her. I hand out cake slices, and everyone puts their present for her in the table. As we sit and eat the chocolate cake, I feel as if all my worry and troubles have gone away. Guess junk food really does help those in sorrow..

Abi opens the packages on the table from us. I love seeing her face light up at the beautiful gifts we've chosen for her, the boys gave her every single album they've ever made, and iTunes money to buy it for her phone. Rayna has gotten her a new book, Ingo. Jessica has gotten her some new black tights, because her old ones got a large rip in her knee. Brooklyn has gotten Abi a new knapsack from AEO. Abi is happy with all her presents, saving mine until last because it was at the bottom of the pile.

"Oh, Violet." She begins. "You didn't have to do this." She lifts the beautiful 1700's style dress out of the box and shakes it, the golden yellow satin fluttering with the movement. "She made you a princess dress. So what?" Niall inconsiderably remarks, not understanding the value of it. The girls' jaws drop, even though they've probably never mentioned it to them. "It's the dress we used to pretend I wore when I was the princess/queen Rhiannon." Abi whispers, still spellbound by the dress. "You used to be a princess?" Asks Louis, twirling his plastic fork. "Yes. Yes I was." "Still are." I replied.

When the boys leave for a photo shoot, the girls swarm up to me. "Does this mean you're making costumes for us all?" Asks Jessica. "Are you?" Asks Rayna and Brooklyn in unison. "Once I can get my hands on a decent sewing machine, yeah." I reply. Abi emerges from the bedroom, where she said she needed to find something. "Oh my gosh, guys. I found it!" She cheers as she lifts up a composition notebook, which was purchased when we were seven. We flip to the first page and gasp. All our old writing is still intact, my neat script flowing across the pages, Abi's less-neat printing, and Jessica's flowery letters. Later on in the book Rayna's loopy scrawl joins in and so does Brooklyn's fancy print.

We all gasped in unison as we flipped through, immersing ourselves in the pastimes of childhood, early drafts of music, sketches of costumes.. "It's amazing when you think we were eight." Abi whispered. "Yes. Yes, indeed." I replied softly.
