*clap clap*

"Ivy?" I asked, groggily. I could see her shadow through my blanket fort.

*clap clap* "Yes, its time to get up!" I heard her say, and I tore the covers down and looked at her. My hair was a tangled bun atop my head.

"Sweetie, it's two in the afternoon." she said. I looked down at my phone, and she was right.

"Oh! We have so much to do!" I rolled out of my bed (like a ninja , I might add,) and looked in my vanity mirror. I pulled my bun out and threw my pigtails up, deciding to go pink and blue instead of red and black today. After doing my hair, I threw on my corset and tights, along with some combat boots, and examined myself. Ivy appeared behind me.

"You look great love. Also, Billionaire Bruce announced on the news that he was taking down the 'Dynamic Duo' today. That's us, sweetie."

I clapped. "I love messing with the Bat! He gets so serious, and there's this little vein..." I drew an imaginary line on my head where Bruce's vein is, and giggled. Ivy smiled at me.

"That's funny. Anyway, darling, watch your back, okay?" I spun around and smiled.

"I got you!" I gave her a thumbs up, and she grinned. She left my room and I followed after her, skipping downstairs. I peeked into the livingroom, where the Bat was talking about our upcoming "ultimate defeat". I rolled my eyes and made my way outside to Gotham, dark and gloomy as ever.

"Ah. The air smells of death. Nature!" I threw my hands up in the air, and then decided to go visit Mistah J.

"Puddin'!" I called out, searching the rooms of the empty building where Joker was . I followed the sounds of scribbles and crumpled paper, and found him hunched over at his desk, writing away. I walked over and sat on the desk, pretending to be interested in what he was working on.

"Hey, Puddin'." I said. He merely grumbled, and I ran my hand through his neon green hair. I told him of the Bat's plans to defeat us. He looked up at me , and I wasn't sure if it was a smile or a cringe.

"That's nice, sweet. But go on, J is busy." he told me. He went back to his paper work. I sighed and decided to leave. But as I reached the exit, I felt my left pigtail get pulled. I squeaked and fell back, and was met with a smiling Joker. I felt myself slightly smile.

"Don't hurt yourself , sweet. " he told me. I felt my heart melt. " Now, get the hell out." I felt his hand on my back, and he shoved me harshly out of the room, slamming the door. I felt myself swooning. I left the building with a smile plastered on my face.

Once I stepped outside, it had began raining. I felt my hair get weighed down, and I decided to make my way home, and tell Ivy how happy I am.

However, once I got home, Ivy was nowhere to be found. I called her name, but it still showed no sign of her. Suddenly, I her a loud thud behind me, and I spun around to find...

The Bat.

"Hey handsome. Know where Ivy is?" I asked casually. He looked at me and took a step closer.

"Your days of terrorizing the people of Gotham are over, Harleen." I scoffed.

"Formal names are boring, Brucie. Just call me Harley." I said. He took a step closer, until the space between us was almost closed.

"I'm taken , Sir Bat. But, you still haven't answered my question. Ivy?" I asked. He looked at me, and I saw his hand slightly move. I thought he was going for a weapon, so I grabbed the pistol strapped to my thigh and whipped it out, pointing it towards his chest. He had a boomerang in the shape of a bat in his hand. I smiled.

"Oh, were you going to throw that at me? I'm so scared!" I pretended to whimper, and he rolled his eyes.

"Pu the gun down, Harleen." he said. Back at it again with the formal name calling. I decided to shoot, but I only grazed his shoulder. Taking the chance while the whiplash from the pistol was still in effect on me, he ran up and slammed me up against the brick wall, dust flying everywhere once I made contact. He had his hand around my neck, cutting off my air supply. I gasped.

"Finally, you two will be put to justice. I -" I felt his hand grip loosen, and I looked at him. His eyes were drooped, and he had began swaying. I loked at him, and he fell to the ground, breathing heavily. I looked down at him, and that's when Ivy appeared.

"Ivy!" I yelled, and ran up and gave her a hug. She returned it.

"He should've wore a gas mask." He said, and I giggled. I looked down at the now lifeless Bat.

"Out the window," Ivy said, kneeling down and lifting an arm up. I helped her, and together we threw him out an open window, slamming it shut.

"Oh my gosh, Ivy, I forgot to tell you!" I gasped, and the rest of the night was spent with us telling each other of our weekly escapades.
