To Be or Not To Be

Chapter 11

I've been helping Hylia get use to having her own body. She still a little scared but we are making progress. Jack has been around, mostly staying away from me due to what happened between us.
"Yea, like that" I said as she held a ball of purple energy in her hand. She smiled and closed her fist, making it disappear.
"I did It!" She exclaimed and jumped around. I smiled and clapped, seeing her honestly happy for the first time since we got here.
"Elsa?" I turned around and saw bunny standing behind me.
"Yes?"
He stayed silent for a moment, looking down at his feet "Jack wants to talk to you"
I turn towards Hylia "I'll be right back, you keep practicing, okay?" She nodded and I walked towards bunny "Where is he?"
"In the main room" He walked away.
I sighed and began walking towards the doors. I pushed them open and heard them close behind me as I was walking towards him.
His hood was over his head and he faced me, he kept his eye on the ground as I stopped in front of him.
"I can't tell you how sorry I am, Elsa" He whispered, keeping his head down.
"I know it wasn't you talking-"
"But I still said it" He snapped, looking up at me with sorrowful eyes.
I stayed silent, that was the first time he's done that. I walked up to him and wrapped my arms around his waist, only to be ignored. He stood up and broke away from my grasp.
"Jack, I forgive you okay? I know you didn't mean it, Just... Please don't push me away" Tears filled my eyes as I blinked them away.
He didn't answer.
"Fine, if you want me to go away... I will. You won't have to deal with me anymore nor will you be reminded of what you did" I said and began walking towards the doors, but before I could open them, my feet and the doors were frozen.
I heard him walk up behind me and his arms go around my waist.
"Don't go" He whispered, laying his head down on my shoulder. I felt my feet unfreeze and I turned towards him, wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Don't push me away, please" I said, feeling a stray tear fall down my cheek.
My eyelids began to get heavy as my vision blurred, I felt myself falling before darkness washed over me.
"Elsa" His voice echoed all around me. I looked down to see myself in a dark blue long dress with a cloak.
I looked back up to see a snowy field. Snow fell onto the ground in front of me as I walked into the field, looking around and seeing leaf less trees all around me.
"Where am I?" I asked, reaching the middle of the field. I began to get cold and pulled the cloak tighter around me, trying to keep warm.
"You shouldn't have taken her away from me" I gasped and spun around, seeing Pitch behind me.
"Why am I here!?" I asked, stepping back and falling onto my butt.
He laughed and walked towards me "I can see your fear"
I stood up and suddenly we are in another place. The workshop.
It was clean and fixed up.
"Remember this place? Me too" He said from beside me. I furrowed my brows, confused as to why we are here.
"Why have you brought me here?"
"We are, how do I put it... Erasing everything"
"N-No! You can't do this! I-I won't let you!" I tried to create an ice bow, but failed.
He chuckled and clicked his tongue "Your powers don't work here"
"Jack! Wake me up! Please! Help me!" I cried out, looking at the sky.
"He can't hear you, dearie" He whispered into my ear. I jumped forwards and spun around.
"Now, how about me and you go back to when you were human? When you were the hooded mystery" He smiled evily, raising his hands towards me.
"N-No... Please. NO!" I screamed as everything went black.
Jack's pov
"Wake me up" She whispered as she laid on my lap. Bunny was kneeled down beside us as he petted her hair, obviously worried.
"Please" She whispered.
I looked up at bunny, seeing the same reaction "We can't wake her up, mate. It would most likely kill her" Bunny said, looking back down at her "She's on her own" I looked down to her pained expression, her brows were furrowed as a tear slid down the side of her head.
"No... Please. NO!" She screamed as black dust swirled around her.
"Elsa! No! Bunny, we are losing her!" I cried out, holding onto her. A couple of seconds later, the dust disappeared and so did she.
Hylia walked up to us, smiling "Why are you two on the ground?" She asked, kneeling down beside Bunny.
"Are you kidding me!? Elsa is gone!" I said, getting angry at the fact she is ignoring it.
"Elsa? Who exactly is that? Wait... What am I even doing here?" She asked, confused. She stood up and looked around.
"How does she not remember Elsa?" Bunny asked, realising something I hadn't. He stared at the ground as he put the pieces together.
"Bunny, what is it!?" I asked, getting his attention.
"Elsa was the source of Hylias memories, everything Elsa remembers, Hylia remembers. Like the first time they met, to now. Hylia doesn't remember her, so that must mean... That must mean Elsa has lost her memories, or parts of her memories" He explained, hoping I got that.
"She only remembers what happened after she saved those kids at the winter prom. You must fix this Jack. Now that she only remembers that, she's vulnerable. You have to help her" Manny said.
"How am I suppose to do that?" I asked, staring at the ground.
"You must replay her memories with her, they might've changed, due to the fact this is over 300 Years later"
Elsa pov
I woke up on my couch in my disguise, worn out from whoever this dude is. Plus Mr. Overland, I'm tired of running basically.
I sat up on my couch and stretched, feeling my back pop. I stood up and walked over to my fridge, pulling out a coke and popping it open. I walked back to my couch and grabbed the remote, turning on the tv when I did. The moon was covered behind clouds.
"Lets see what the news has to say" I say and sit down, taking a sip of coke.
Knock Knock
I jumped at the sudden noise, I looked down and gasped at my appearance. I put my coke down and stood up, grabbing my bow and cutting off all the lights. I twisted the door knob and pulled it open, pulling back an arrow as I did. The door slowly opened, revealing an unknown person.
"Who are you?" I ask, inspecting him. He had white hair, baby blue eyes, a blue hoodie, brown pants, a smirk plastered on his face, and a big stick in his left hand.
His smirk slowly faded "Uhm, it's Jack. Sorry, wrong address" He began to walk away, pulling his hood over his head. I put my bow down and walked up behind him.
"I'm the only one that lives in this area, you didn't come here by accident" I said as I grabbed his shoulder and spun him around, seeing sadness in his eyes.
I felt something fall onto my nose and I looked up, seeing snow. I furrowed my brows, looking back down at him.
"Miss. Mystery" I quickly drew an arrow back and spun around, seeing a man with grey skin, black spiked hair, long black robe, yellow eyes, and spiked teeth.
"Who are you?" I asked, pushing whoever it was behind me back with my foot.
"I'm who you call, Him" He said, chuckling "I see Jack is here" He glanced at him "And don't worry about protecting your friends, They're all dead" I gasped and stepped back, feeling tears sting my eyes.
I stayed silent, trying not to give myself away.
"Come on, Miss. Goodman. You don't have to hide behind the mask anymore" He began walking towards me as Jack stepped in front of me, holding his stick up.
"How is that going to protect us exactly!? It's a stick for crying out loud!" I exclaim, putting my bow down.
"Jack, just step aside. You know you can't beat me" He said, stopping "Only she can and you know that"
"But I can keep her away from you" Jack growled, sending a lightening bolt towards him, throwing him into my house. He quickly turned around to me "You're going to have to trust me, okay?"
"No! Stay away from me! You just killed him!" I exclaimed, stepping back and pointing my bow at him.
"Please, I'm trying to help you!" He said, stepping towards me as he threw his stick to my side and raising his hands.
I glanced down at it and furrowed my brows. I put my bow and arrow back and picked up his stick "Who are you?" I asked as I examined the stick, seeing frost all over it.
"My name is Jack Frost, I have power over Ice, Frost, Ice Bolts, and Snow. I'm a guardian" He explained, hearing something in the house. He spun around, as that guy threw something towards him. He wasn't able to move in time and got thrown into me, making both of us fall. My back hit a tree and knocked the breath out of me. Jack fell to my left as I fell to my knees, coughing. I reached for my bow but felt nothing, I looked in front of me and saw it about ten feet away from me. Instead of going for my bow, I raised my hand out of habit and sent Ice flying towards him. As soon as the ice hit him, he disappeared in a cloud of blue swirls.
"W-What!?" I said, breathlessly. I turned towards Jack and crawled towards him, laying his head in my lap.
"I'm so sorry" I whisper, seeing small specks of black dust on his chest. Suddenly, his eyes open to reveal black orbs. I jump back and hit the tree.
He stands up and looks down at me, smiling.
"You are a very... Interesting person" He grabs my hand and pulls me up forcefully, hurting my arm and wrist. He pulls me close to him and hangs onto me tightly "You're getting on my nerves, always on his mind, always worried about you. It's sickening to me and I want it to stop" He whispers, I can't move the way he's holding me. I can't stop him.
"Let me go" I said, trying to break out of his grasp, only for it to tighten. I whip my leg around his leg and knock us both down, dislocating my knee in the process. He lets go of me and I try to stand up, but fail, feeling my knee throb.
I put both of my legs in front of me and began relocating my knee, as I was, he began to move around. I got it back in place and stood up, using my good leg and limped to my house.
I felt his hand on my shoulder as he pulled me back and pushed me to the ground. I look to my left and see my bow, I grab it and kick his knee. He growls but doesn't fall, instead he grabs my neck and lifts me into the air. I tried not to drop my bow as I gasped for air, seeing black dots cloud my vision. I raise my bow and hit him in the face, making him let go of me. He fell to the ground, unconscious.
"Stay with him" I gasp and look around, trying to find the source of the voice.
"W-Who are you!?" I ask as my voice shook.
No response.
Jack began to move around as his eyes slowly opened. He looked around as I scooted back, trying to get away before he got to me.
He sat up and looked at me, his eyes widening as he did. He stood up and started walking towards me.
"S-Stay away from me" I whimpered, scooting back more. He stopped and I saw his pained expression.
"I-I'm sorry. That wasn't me, I swear" He said, getting on one knee.
I suddenly felt something warm trailing down my neck. I gasp and push my hood and mask down without thinking and felt my neck. I look at my hand and see blood on my fingers. I quickly stand up and run to my house, ignoring the blazing pain in my knee. I pushed the door open and jumped over all of the broken things, running to my bathroom. I flicked on the light and grabbed the gauze pad, ripping it open and putting pressure on the cut. I heard him run in and I shut the door and locked it, putting my foot in front of it.
He twisted the doorknob and tried to get in "Elsa, open the door!"
I gasped and froze for a second. I stayed silent as I put a bandage on my neck, listening to him trying to get in. I pulled up my mask and hood and put the stool in front of the door. I turned towards the window and pulled the curtains down, silently opening it and climbing out. I ran to wards the front of my house to get my bike, but didn't see it.
I heard him run out the door and I spun around, seeing him walking towards me.
"Just please! Leave me alone! I've done nothing to you" I beg, putting my hands up in front of me and walking back until I hit a tree.
I quickly grabbed my bow and pulled back an arrow, letting it fly towards him. He blocked that one and many others that came his way.
As I ran out of arrows, he stopped and stared at me with a hurt look "I'm just trying to help you"
"I don't need help! I just-" I was cut off by someone suddenly grabbing me and pulling me into the air. I screamed as I am pulled further and further up. I look down to see Jack below us, I gasp and look up, seeing him holding me.
"How about me and you go on an adventure?" He asks and stopped, pulling something out of his pocket. Before he could do anything, Jack hit him, making him drop me.
"No no no no no!" I screamed as I began falling towards the ground.

Oh mah gawd I was so happy writing the end of this chapter. I miss writing the disguise and everything. And cliffhanger XD
