As soon as the bus stopped at the school, everyone got up and rushed to the front- that is, except Josh and Tyler. They waited until the bus cleared out for the most part, and then walked off with no rush in their step. Tyler looked over at Josh.
He is so cute. He's probably straight though.
"Hey Tyler."
Josh glanced at Tyler.
"Y-yeah?"
"How do I look today?"
Oh my god did he notice I was looking at him?
"Wh-what do you mean?" Tyler began to panick.
God I am such an idiot, I shouldn't have been staring.
"Well, I mean I don't know anyone here and I haven't looked in the mirror yet today. So, I'm asking you, how do I look? I want to make a good first impression on whoever I meet today."
Oh. Alright, don't say anything too weird.
"You look fine, bro." Tyler tried to say as casually as possible.
"Bro?" Josh turned towards Tyler and lifted an eyebrow.
"Uh, yeah... Bro." Tyler shrugged.
Josh smiled, his eyes squinting and crinkling at the edges. "Alright, bro."
God his smile is so cute.
"What?" Josh looked over at Tyler with a confused look on his face.
"What do you mean, what?"
"You said 'god his smile is so cute' I was asking who you were talking about."
I didn't mean to. Fuck. Play it off, play it off.
"I said that to see how you'd react, I like having friends who are open to people of all types, even the LGBT community." Tyler shrugged then looked over at the boy next to him, they were standing by Tylers locker by now.
"Are you part of that community?" Josh had a tone to his voice but Tyler couldn't quite figure out what it was.
"Are you?"
Josh chuckled nervously, or Tyler might have imagined the nervousness in his laugh. Josh then looked down at a paper in his hands that said what classes he had, as well as his locker number.
"Oh hey! My locker is right next to yours!" He began to twist the knob on his locker.
He changed the subject... I wonder...
"Oh thats convenient."

I'm done with caps, sorry, it was almost three when I started writing this and I hadn't slept at all the previous night oops but if theres anyone who is reading this, let me know so I can see what I may need to improve on. Also I'm really sassy so if I sound offended, I'm probably not, sorry.//
