Don't Be Shy

Savin's POV

I walked into Amadeus' lab to see if he needed any help. Yeah, it's not like this is an excuse to hang out with him... OK its an excuse to hang out with him. I have a huge crush on him but I want him to make the first move. Life is so complicated. Anyways I walked in front his work station where he was working on his Iron Spider suit. He didn't notice me yet "Amadeus," I said trying to get his attention. I must have startled him because jumped and dropped some of his tools on the ground. I quickly went to he other side of the table and helped pick them up, trying to ignore when one hands grazed each others. "H-hey, Savin. I-I didn't see you come in," He stuttered. God, he is so cute. "Yeah, sorry about that," I said. "Its fine. Did you um need something?," He asked nervously. Why was he nervous? I pushed that thought aside and nodded. "I just wanted to know of you needed any help," I said. He started fidgeting with his hands nervously. "U-um no, not right now. But th-thanks for the offer," He stuttered, "OK," I said then I walked out of the lab.

The next day

I was about to walk into Amadeus' lab, when I heard voices from inside. "Come on dude, just ask her already!," I heard Flash say. "I'm working on it! I just... I get so nervous around her. I was going to ask her yesterday when she offered to help me but I just couldn't get it out!," Amadeus said. Wait a minute. Was he talking about- My thoughts were caught short when I felt someone tap my shoulder. I whipped my head around and saw Sam standing behind me. "Eavesdropping isn't very ladylike," He joked. I rolled my eyes. "Shh, I'm trying to listen!," I hissed turning back around. Just as I did I bumped right into Flash. "Savin! Just the person I was looking for! Amadeus wanted to ask you something," He said, pushing me into the lab. Amadeus' eyes widened. "What!? I um... uh I mean... I was...," He tried to form a sentence. I furrowed my brows. "Oh, for crying out loud! He's trying to ask you out! Please just say yes so we can get on with our lives!," Sam shouted, annoyed. I looked at him back at Amadeus. "Is that true?," I asked walking closer to him. He nods. I smiled. "Well then you should've said so! I've been waiting for you to ask for a long time," I said. He blinked then smiled. "Really?," He asked. I nodded. "Finally!," Sam said walking out of the room. I leaned up slightly and pecked Amadeus' cheek, grinning as his face turned a bright pink. He's so cute!
