Sitting along side Marisa as she sleeps on my bed, I look adound what was my old and is nowmcurrent room. It hasn't changed at all, the same old book shelf is there filled with all my Percy Jackson books along with all my doctor who and star wars movie collections. I wonder why mum didnt touvh it, maybe because she new I was coming back.
"Hey do you need anything, is she all right" this beautiful voice says from behind me. Its mum I run up to her and give her the biggest hug in the world, I notice that she dosent smell like alcohol.
"Mum, you gave up drinking"
"Yes, after you disappeared I realized I had to clean up my act plus I met someone and well we are kind of expecting a little boy soon"
"Wow really thats great news, when did you find out you were pregnant"
"Last week" I am quit shocked when she says this but im still in high spirit.
Marisa wakes up and walks over to us slowly and unsteadily.
"What happened" she asked still sleepy.
"You lost consciousness fell over and hit your head, are you alright"
"Yeah im fine just a tad sore thats all"
"Hey I hope you guys are all right with this but I've orginised a welcome home party tonight, if you guys are up for it but if not its fine" mum seems really happy and I dont wont to ruin that.
"Yeah sure just give us an hour or so and we will be down and ready"
"Ok well ill leave you two to it them" she closes the door behind us and lets us talk and get ready for the part.
"So now that we are alone, what do wanna talk about" Marisa asks, she seems casual so I dont think shes trying to bring anything serious up.
"Um I dunno, I guess we should get ready for the part hey"
" yeah only I have nothing to wear smarty bum" she replies, she sounds upset by this.
"Hey look ok, its ok im sure my mum wouldnt mind if you borrowed a dress or something you guys have almost the same figure"
I grab her hand, open the door, walk down the hallway into mums bed room and open the closet doors.
"Wow, your mum has alot of clothes"
"Yeah I know, feel free to pick something, ill give you some privacy".
