"Get Rocking to the Beat, Lets Start Moving" Concert Part 2

Gracie <3 

The concert had been going on for an hour and a half. Marie and I were beginning to lose our voices, had been screaming along with the lyrics and dancing around.

“Lets get up off your feet and lets start grooving, get rocking to the beat, lets start moving!” we sang along as we did what the song said and jumped up and down, moving along with the music. 

They finished "Weatherman" and were starting up with the next song. It was "It Just Takes Time"! The song that we had a quote from on our shirts! 

I loved this song so much, and I knew Dylan knew this. He had asked me what my top 5 favorite songs were and it had been one of them. 

As the song began I could see a huge smile forming on his face. I wondered what he was up to... 

Dylan <3 

I grinned to myself as we started to play "it just takes time" I knew that Gracie really liked the song and I really wanted to impress her. I had talked to the guys before the concert started. They knew that I liked Gracie. Together we had thought up a plan to really make this night unforgettable. 

Out of the corner of my eye I could see timothy, my back up drummer come on stage. He walked over to me and started playing the drums along with me. I stopped playing and got up letting Timothy take my seat. 

I then walked off stage and started towards the pit.

The song hadn’t been going on for that long when I noticed that someone had walked out on stage and began to play the drums, taking over for Dylan. They never missed a beat, but I wondered what Dylan was up to, as he walked of stage.

When they got to the instrumental section right before the bridge, they continued to play the beat but they didn't start singing. Just then I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see Dylan! 

He was grinning from ear to ear, witch caused me to smile back at him. 

He grabbed my hand and lead me up onto stage and over to the drums. He motioned for me to sit next to him on the stool that had just been brought out on stage. 

He then took back over playing while looking at me the whole time. They then began to play the bridge, Dylan began to sing along! 

"I've got the rhymes to put our bodies in motion, my love for you is as deep as the ocean, come inside 'cause I know your getting weary, come on girl you have no need to fear me." He sang along as the bridge finally started. 

I then looked away from Dylan quickly to see that Ryan had made his way into the crowd and had brought Marie up on stage as well! She was dancing on stage with him. I wasn’t surprised though, she loves to get attention like that, especially if it meant she could dance. 

I looked back at Dylan who was still playing, but watching me take it in. I smiled at him and he smiled back. As the song finished max said goodnight as the lights dimmed and Dylan stood up, bowed, and then took my hand and dragged me offstage with him. 

Dylan <33 

We got backstage and I turned to her grinning. She looked up at me with wide eyes. 

"That was amazing! I can't believe you just did that!! I can't believe you brought me up onstage!" She squealed then proceeded to give me a hug. I smiled even wider then hugged her back and whispered in her ear, "I'm glad you liked it, I was worried about what you would think." 

"How could I not like it??" She whispered back. 

"We'll I just officially met you today, I was afraid you would think that I was really weird."

"You are weird Dylan, your the perfect kind of weird, that's why everyone likes you." She said as she pulled away. 

"Would you like to maybe come back to my hotel with me?" I asked hoping she would s8ay yes. 

"Ummm... Sure why not?" she replied grinning. "I just have to tell Marie where I'm going." 

I grinned then looked back at her, "I don't think she will miss you... Looks like she's coming back to the hotel too." 

She looked up and grinned at the sight of Marie and Ryan standing with their foreheads together looking into each others eyes. 

I grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the door.
