"Hunter who is this?" A reporter asks, pushing her way through people, there was a lot of that. There was so many people my heart started racing. I think Hunter could tell because he turned around and asked, "Haley you OK? We're almost in!" But I was to nervous to speak, so I just nodded fervently.
"Hunter is this your girlfriend? She seems a little young!" another says.
"Hunter who is this mystery girl?" says another.
Finally we make it in. I take in a big breath and let it out.
"You OK there Haley Bear?" Hunter asked me looking worried.
"Yeah, where's Ana?" I ask.
"RIGHT HERE!" she shouts into my ear. I scream loudly in her ear as I jump up. "Owww, that hurt my ear Haley!" She said when I was finished screaming.
"Hey, you didn't have to shout in my ear!" I reply in defense.
"True, now what?" she asks.
"Now we wait." Hunter says.
"Hunter?" A deep voice says.
"Yes?" He asks.
"I'm the hospital director. I just wanted to thank you so much for doing this. The kids are so excited!" The tall man said.
"Hey, your doctors saved my sister's life, I couldn't thank YOU enough." he shakes his hand then the director proceeds to tell him the plan.
"Haley, why don't you and Ana go and do something productive, I have to go do question and answer time." Hunter says.
"OK, see ya later Hunter!" I say.
"You wanna go help set up chairs in the gym for the concert later?" I ask Ana.
"Yeah, sure, I don't see why not. It's not like we have anything better to do." She replies.
"Excuse me?" I hear a small voice.
"Hi there, what's your name?" I ask the little girl, she looks about the age of three. She must have cancer because she had no hair on her head.
"I'm Lindsay, I'm three and a half, and I have cancer." she proceeds to tell me.
"Well Lindsay, shouldn't you be with the other girls, talking to Hunter Hayes?" I ask her.
"He won't want to talk to me, the other girls are much prettier." she says.
"Well, I think you're cute!" Ana says.
"Who are you?" Lindsay asks.
"I'm Ana, and that's Haley, in case you were wondering." Ana says.
"Oh, well, I better go." she says.
"WAIT! What if I could get Hunter to talk to you?" I tell her. I see a smile light up on her face.
"How would you do that?" She asks.
"Because, he's my big brother!" I tell her.
"THAT'S SO COOL! Does that mean you two are sisters? You have the same color hair." She says.
"It is cool, and no, we're just friends. I'll go get him for you ok? You stay with my friend.
"OK." she says.
