To Lee, or Not To Lee

Hunter's P.O.V.

As I sat in the waiting room with the rest of the guys I had a flashback, the last time I was here almost didn't end well.

* "Is she going to be ok?!" I asked, I tried to play it cool, but it wasn't working very well.

"She's going to be fine." The nurse answered.

"Thank you so much!" I said.*

Poor Haley has been through so much. And now going to Paris, she has to visit her parents. I fear for her, she always comes back with bruises, scars, and begs me not to make her go again. She doesn't go very often because they live in Paris, but on occassion she has to fly over. I just hope that I can help her out soon.

"Hey Hunter, I heard about what happened to Haley's ankle, is she okay?" A mysterious voice asked, I turned around to see Lee Page standing there.

"Lee, how'd you find us?" Ana asked, I laughed silently to myself as Ana had a HUGE crush on him.

"Oh, hey, Ana. I didn't know you'd be here. Anyway, Hunter texted me, I got it right after I landed. So I caught a cab to the hospital."

"Excuse me, of course I'm going to be here! Haley's my best friend!" Ana said in defense.

"That wasn't supposed to make you angry, I just forgot you were friends with her, my brain didn't make the connection." Lee answered.

"Hunter Hayes?" The nurse asked.

"Yes? I'm Hunter."

"Um, Haley is asking to see you."

"Is she okay?"

"Yes, she's fine, she said she would just feel more comfortable with you in there, she's in quite a bit of pain, she really did on a number on that ankle of hers."

"Ok, I'm coming, why don't you and Ana take this time to catch up Lee?"

"Sure."

Haley's P.O.V.

"Hey Hunter? Ow..." I said in pain.

"What Haley Bear?"

"You know that penguin, ouch, that you got me when your mum and dad adopted me for you, ouch..."

"Yeah, what about it?"

"Can you have someone go get it for me, I want it while I have my surgery."

"Anything for my Haley Bear, you gonna be okay while I go get someone?"

"If you come right back, ouch!"

"I'm not so sure, that last ouch didn't sound promising."

"I know...just hurry!"

"Alright, I'm going."

"Hey Niall, can you do me a favor?"

"Sure mate, what do you need?"

"I need someone to go get Haley's penguin from my dressing room, she wants it for her surgery, oh and I want to surprise her. So if you could stop at Dunkin' Donuts, or if one of the guys could, and get some donuts and a small mocha caramel frozen iced coffee that'd be great! Now, I have to get back to Haley."

"Sure thing mate."

Hunter's P.O.V.

"Haley I'll be right back, Niall just texted me, he has your penguin." 

"OKAY..." she said weakly, the drugs were starting to kick in, they were putting her under for the surgery, I was a little weary of this, but I think I'll be okay.

"Hey mate, took you long enough, how's she doing?" Niall asked.

"Good, she's almost out now, thanks for doing this for us. Hey, don't you guys have to go?"

"Nah, we cancelled." Niall said.

"We didn't want our two biggest fans to miss it..." Louis said, winking at Ana.

"Awe, thanks guys." Ana said, starting to blush.

"Who wants donuts?!" Lee said. He must of got those while Niall got the penguin.

"ME!" lots of voices shouted out.

As we sat there, I saw that Lee and Ana seemed to be getting close, physically and emotionally. I was getting mixed signals from them, but I was hoping it would work out between them.

"Alright guys, I gotta go back to Haley, they should be starting her surgery soon."

"See ya Hunter, good luck!" Niall said.

Ok, so, since this is getting pretty long and I don't feel like I should keep adding on to this, I'm going to start a sequel to it...any ideas on a title, I'll work from there...lol
