I woke up to someone laughing. It was a soft, bubbly laugh. It was Dawn. I opened my eyes. She's so pretty. I wish I looked like her. She's one of my best friends. I picked up the pillow I had been laying on and threw it at her.

"Nap ruiner," I said getting up. She laughed again. I looked around but didn't see anyone else. Not even Brayden. "What were you laughing at?"

"Oh nothing," she smiled. She looked at the table and there was a little white envelope. I picked it up. Inside was my ticket to the concert and a page from a calendar. The date circled was next week.

Seven days.

"Oh my gosh. We're going to see Black Veil Brides in one week." I whispered to myself.

"Yep!" Dawn shouted. We started laughing and I grabbed her hands as we jumped up and down. We both suddenly stopped when we heard someone laugh. I cleared my throat and started messing with my hair.

"There was no fangirl moment now leave," I said to a laughing Brayden.

"And why should I leave?" He teased.

"Obviously so we can continue not fangirling," I said smiling and rolling my eyes. He laughed and walked upstairs. I immediately hugged Dawn and we started laughing.

...

"Pretty please?!" Dawn basically shouted. "PLEASE!"

"Alright Dawn," I gave in. "You can tell Brayden though."

"I don't wanna tell him, he's your boyfriend," she whined. I smiled when she addressed him as my boyfriend.

"It's your sleepover that kicks him out of the room he has been sleeping in," I pointed out grabbing an orange juice from the fridge. She sighed.

"It's your fault he sleeps in the room," she said with an evil smile. I knew where this was going. She was trying to embarrass me. "So you guys can cuddle, and kiss, and-"

"Okay Dawn fine." I said interrupting her. She smiled.

"You'll tell him?" She asked happily as we sat at the kitchen table.

"No," I smiled. She looked confused. "I'll just go to bed. I'm kind of tired anyway and I haven't seen him all day."

"DAISY!" Dawn shouted. "You already agreed to the sleepover."

"Well," I smiled. "I also said you had to tell him."

"Why can't you?"

"He'll talk me out of it accidentally even if he agrees," I shrugged.

"What does that mean?"

"If he's fine with it and says okay I'll want him there. If he says he wants to sleep in the room I'll agree and it'll ruin the whole 'girl's night' thing."

"Not fair," she sighed. "But I would do the same with Asher."

"Ha!" I shouted. She squealed. "I knew you guys were a thing!"

"What?" She awkwardly laughed. "No we aren't."

I simply gave her a look. The best friend look.

"Ugh. Fine. We have been for like a week." She sighed. She liked him forever. I could tell he liked her, though he never said.

"Oh my gosh! That's so sweet." I nearly squealed. Then I took an offended tone. "And how could you Dawn?! We said forever! "

"I'm sorry, I still love you Daisy!" She laughed. I smiled and she made a face, earning laughter from somewhere behind us. Asher sat in the chair across from Dawn. I gave Dawn a look and she burst out laughing. Asher looked confused.

"What's so funny?" He asked Dawn. She didnt answer. Instead, she laughed more. He looked at me, but I simply shrugged.

"Who knows," I laughed.

"Cool... anyway, I came down here to talk to you guys."

"Okay," I said with a serious face. "Listen, it's okay. I have already had... the talk with Dawn. So you don't have to."

"Oh darn I was gonna have that talk with her," he smiled. "Guess I'll just tell you. Now Daisy, when two-"

"You are too late for that in every way." I said seriously.

"What?!" Dawn sounded shocked.

"Nothing," I tried to shrug it off. "I mean, Dawn already have me this talk."

"Oh no you don't!" Dawn said. "You guys... did the do, didn't you?!"

"Oh my gosh Dawn," I laughed at how she couldn't say it.

"I mean I was bugging you earlier but... I had no idea." She said.

"Well I hope you wouldn't have any idea!" The idea of them knowing what we were doing horrified me. Asher laughed. "Oh you stop it. What did you wanna talk about?"

"Oh yeah, school." He said suddenly remembering he had a reason to come in here. I waited for him to continue... and waited.

"What about school?" I finally asked.

"It's reopening next week after all the snow melts. They didn't say exactly when. They're gonna call Friday."

"How do you know this?" Dawn asked.

"News."

"Yay school," I said waving my imaginary flags and frowning.

"What about school?" I heard Brayden from behind me. I turned around and smiled.

"We go back next week," I said.

"Ugh. No no no. Stay here with me," he said wrapping his arms around me.

"Nah. Asher can babysit you while I'm at school." I laughed.

"Oh no you don't," Asher said trying to act like a parent. "You only get to keep him if you take care of him. You wanted to keep him here, that means you take care of him."

"But dad-" I whined.

"No. You take care of him."

"Ookaaay." I groaned.

"Gee thanks babe." Brayden said. "I feel so loved."

"Yep," I smiled and kissed his cheek. Asher stood up and Dawn started to follow, I winked at her and she started laughing again.
