"No no no no no no no!!" Maria cried, running to Star."I-I can't lose you, too! P-please! Don't leave!"
"I won't," Star whispered."I'll always be here. In your heart."
Tears started streaming down Star's face."Promise me you'll tell Marco what I did for him, o-okay?"
"Wh-what? No! Of course not! You'll be the one to tell him that!"
"My time's here, Maria. And soon will yours. I understand now," Star said, placing her hand on Maria's shoulder,"Marco doesn't love me. He has someone else closer to his heart."
Star weakly glanced at Jackie, who was knelt next to Marco and Tom.
"Don't die!" Comet said, kneeling next to Maria."I need you! Mewni needs you! M-marco.. needs you."
"I'm not dying, you large-headed pipsqueak!" Star laughed, weakly."I just need rest, that's all."
Star closed her eyes.
Maria started sobbing."Oh, Star, I--"
"NOT dying!!" Star said, eyes closed, and a finger raised in the air (not THAT finger XD).
"I guess we have one out of three problems solved," Maria said."But what about.. Marco?"
"Marco is dead," Tori announced."No sign of breathing."
"O-oh God," Maria muttered under her breath,"Marco."
