I was anxiously waiting for Dad to come home. Pacing around the house due to failure to sit still on the couch. He promised he'd tell me and I'm not letting him go another day without telling me. As far as what I'm going to tell him... I don't know yet. I don't want him pressing charges on CJ or anything like that so I may need to bend the truth just a little bit. This time I'm going to be careful not to mention the ecstasy or what happened at the party based on what CJ told me.

I kept looking at the kitchen clock each time I walked into that room. Then I'd check my phone for messages or calls, even if there was no vibration coming from the phone. What was taking him so long? His flight was scheduled to come in at seven this morning and there were no delays so he should have been at the house no later than about eight thirty but it's pushing nine forty five. I tried to call but the phone was let go to voicemail-

The key inserted into the top lock, I briskly jogged back to the living room and sat on the couch. Trying to look like I had been lounging here for a while and then he walked inside.

"Hi Dad, how was your flight?" I asked when the door was closed behind him. He set his suitcase down and slipped off his jacket, taking it to the closet just off to the side of the front door.

"It was good. Took forever to get out of the plane because some woman was having a panic attack but other than that it was good. How was being home by yourself?" He came walking over to the living room and took a seat in his favorite recliner. Laying back and kicking his feet up, he let out a deep exhale.

"Hopefully the woman is okay and it was fine. Just relaxed in my room or laid down here on the couch." I shrugged. "So what else is there to say about Chastity and I being separated?" I wanted to get straight to it, no more wasting time with small talk.

"Do you remember me telling you how I had a large business?" I nodded. "Well I met your mother through my business. She was sixteen and I was twenty two at the time. Your Mom and I fell in love fast, I was under the impression she was eighteen since the age limit was at least eighteen or older but she somehow passed as eighteen. She became pregnant with you two but I didn't find out till it she was too far along for an abortion-"

"You wanted us aborted?" I asked.

"Yes, because your mother and I weren't ready for a baby, let alone two. God had other plans and made it so when I did find out, it was too late. When you two were born, I was more than glad that I had two beautiful daughters in my life. However, your mother instantly turned to drugs and prostituting. It was stressful with her, you two and then my business. It especially wasn't a safe environment for you two. When I learned she was bringing men back to the house to shoot up and then solicit her services while you two were in the back room, that's when I needed to get out. I grabbed you first and put you in the carseat and you know the rest." He said but there was more. His voice sounded so ashamed, even his body language proved he was uneasy.

"Is there more?"

"My business was sold to my good friend for just shy of two point six billion. This business was a trafficking business. I didn't grow up like you did, it was hard for me. When another friend told me about this type of business, I got involved and it turned out to be far more successful than it ever should have been. After having you two, I was disgusted at what I was doing and sold it off to someone else. I haven't looked back on my past and never expected you to meet Chastity." My hands over my nose and mouth in nothing but pure shock. I swallowed hard and his head hung so low, I thought he was going to start crying but instead he just continued to sit in silence.

"Is that when you picked up the other business in Nevada and then sold that one too?" He nodded. "But that wasn't the one that brought in big money like you said. It was the trafficking one that did." Again he nodded, no longer looking me in the eyes. "I... I don't really know what to say."
