Vanity
Days went by and so did work. At first I was really liking work, the pace was nice and the other employees were more than helpful but now it's become so boring. I wanted to work the night shift so badly, just because I'd heard it was faster paced and the tips were better. Just in tips alone, I was doing pretty well to my surprise. Averaging at more than twenty dollars a day, I'd say that's a good start but at night is where I could be making more.
Today was my day off and the best way I could start it off is by waking up in bed to the room being a comfortable cool temperature, just enough sunlight to where it didn't blind the eyes and of course entangled with a man who you love too much to find the proper words to begin to describe.
His hands tangled in my hair and lips pressed to mine, I kept him right between my legs. Giggling a bit when I'd feel his prize brush against me but the skin was soft and warm, so I didn't mind it. Pulling away from me, he toppled over onto his side, letting his arm hook around my waist.
"These are mornings that I love waking up to."
"I thought you might like seeing me in bed."
"How'd you know what time to come to my room?"
"I originally snuck in just before your Dad left. I stayed in the den, basically in plain sight but he went by without noticing and I waited for you to get up to start getting ready like you usually do. Heard your footsteps go to your bathroom and that's when I came up to your room in which you found me lying in bed." He said rubbing his hand all around my stomach. His voice hinting some exhaustion as it was followed by a deep exhale.
"You should do that more often."
"I miss the days where you hated me though. It was entertaining to get under your skin."
"I like the lovey-ness that we have now. We've been through more than enough together to fall back to the ways we used to be towards each other." I looked down at the tattooed arm for probably the millionth time but was in awe. "I've probably asked you this before but did these hurt?"
"You have asked many times but no these didn't hurt. Irritation but no pain." He assured me as he sat up, letting the blanket fall to around his waist. "I wanna stay here longer but I need to get home in case Symphonic shows up- speaking of, has your Dad mentioned anything about buying a new sports car recently?" He asked and I stared at him with confusion.
"Was he supposed to have told me about a new sports car? There isn't one in the garage and he hasn't mentioned a single word about purchasing a new car. Why?"
"I'm not sure if I should be the one to tell you this-"
"If it's something that you and Dad both know, please tell me because he never will." He looked back at me with uncertainty, pondering whether or not to tell me so I crawled out from underneath the blankets to feel the cool air skim my exposed body. I got into his lap and wrapped my arms around his neck, resting my head on his shoulder so he wrapped his arms around my waist. "Please tell me, Caj'o." I plead right into his ear.
"Settle down, V." He said pushing me back off his lap so I was now on the bed. "I was talking to Symphonic the day Jordan and Nicole came into the restaurant. At first we were talking about business and of course my charges but she came rolling in with a new car. I had asked about it and she said one of her Sugar Daddies had gotten it for her. Long story short, she said your Dad was he Sugar Daddy and that she convinced him to move out to California. She never knew he had a daughter because he never mentioned it to her."
