You're Not Alone

I was inspired by the song You're Not Alone by Marie Miller. Might not be near the same, but it's whatever.

Do you ever feel like nobody understands you

and no matter what anyone says, they'll never know what you're going through.

Do you ever just wanna run away

just run as far as you can and forget all the memories and all the pain.

Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try, nobody's ever happy

after you give up so much and they never see how much you try

or how they keep you from living your life and being free.

If you ever feel like that, then let me be the one to tell you that you're not alone

when ever you feel like you're too far gon

just know there are others just like you struggling to stay strong.

When you're crying in the middle of the night

just know that there are others who are in the same fight.

When you feel like you can't take anymore,

just think about what got you this far,

and how you were like before

and how happy you'll be when you win your war.

I know you've probably been told this a thousand times

but take it from someone who's been where you are right now.

It may not seem like it, but, eventually, everything will be just fine.

When you start to feel like giving up

go talk to someone you know will get you out of your rut.

Because, in the end, you'll look back and you won't believe what you got through.

So just remember that there are people who are going through the same thing

and there are others who are there for you and love you.

And, no matter what happened, remember to never give up and to always stay strong

Because it won't take long

before you're free again

and you'll be the one who understands

and the one that will now how to help

when others think they've met their end.
