MANIK
"Come." I said to Nandini after we both celebrated Valentine's, kiss, hug, teddy, rose day etc., together. We both headed towards my car. I told the children to keep the flowers inside the car.
"Happy perfume day. Here's some natural perfume for you." I said to her pointing towards the flowers kept in the car.
"Kanjoos." she replied.
"This was an idea."
"Kanjoos."
"Excuse me? I practically bought each and every rose in a flower kiosk for you and you call me---"
"Kanjoos."
"Forget it." I smiled as I now had a wicked idea, "I'll find someone else who would appreciate it."
"Huh?" her smiled faded away.
"Remember? Flirting day is left. I am sure that there would not be a single girl that would not get flattered by the Manik Malhotra." I said.
"And there wouldn't be a single guy who would not like to date the Nandini Murthy." she said and smirked.
"Really?" I asked steering the car in the left direction.
"Oh yes. I am better at flirting."
"If I flirt, there wouldn't be a single person who could stay away from me. You see, I'm the most wanted munda(guy)."
"Same pinch red cross no returns full stop dot." she sang like a little child.
"Bet?"
"I'm on!"
"Lets see."
"So now I have to come to the Holi party... I hate colour. I mean, there in Manhattan, everyone would go crazy. 'OMG! HOLI!' they would shout. Ugh! Little do they know how bad colour is. Pimples love to visit us after Holi and then, I wanted to watch some videos on YouTube of my favourite YouTuber."
"You don't like Holi?" I asked all surprised.
"I don't like colour. I won't allow anyone to put a bit of colour too on me. Not even you."
