In the eyes of a Dreamer

Long way down

"Hey baby, ready to go?" Luke said as he walked into his room.

"I am cowboy." I said as I walked out of the house with Luke and followed him to his truck before we drove off to the stadium.

I found my seat in the already packed stadium and waited for the riding to begin. Luke is riding last so I had to wait a while.

Soon enough I could see Luke getting ready to get on his bull. He looked up at me and smiled before sliding down onto the bull. The stadium was loud but I could still hear Luke say the words 'Let's go!'

As soon as he said those words the gate opened and the bull went running out into the ring trying its hardest to get Luke off of its back.

I watched Luke as he was holding on his hardest but he wasn't holding on hard enough.
