I was being shaken by hands.I growl in annoyance.Mom said Dad would growl too.It was probably 6:00 in the evening."Come on Lacie its your day."Said mom.I sit up from my coffin and rub the sleep from my eyes.My mom smiles,her eyes a blood red."Dye and contacts?"I ask."Maybe."She replied with a devilish grin.I take a shower and braid my hair.When I exit with my red robe wrapped around me.Mom held what it looked like Dad's jackets that were in his closet,like the ones seven years ago."Mom is that?"I question.She nods as she hands me my clothing."Your fathers uniform,but with some alterations."She said kissing my forehead and leaving.I dress in his uniform.A skirt instead of pants.Every detail just like the picture on my dresser.A letter mother told me to never open till I was Fifteen.
