i woke up with a very bad stomach ache. should i tell mom?

i decided to text sam.

me- hey i dont feel good, should i tell my mom?
sam- i wonder
sam- yes skylar tell your mom
me- okay be righr back
sam- okay.

i walked to my moms room.
she was sitting on her bed,

so gracefully.

"mom?" i called out.

"yes, honey."

"i dont feel good. my stomach hurts extremly bad."

"honey, is it... that time of the month? i got tampons, pads, medicine for cram-"

i cut her off, "no thanks, its not even close. thank you ill go lay down." i said.

"ill call your school and tell em youll be absent." my mom replied.

i went back in my room and laid down on my bed.

i ended up falling asleep for a couple hours.

i woke up to texts from sam and omg, sarah.

i responded.

me- sorry i fell asleep, i dont feel good.
