GUESS WHO'S BACK
CLUE- IT'S ME !!
Okay so this is how this is gonna work. I can write more of this if you guys want me to, buuuut it's not going to be weekly or anything. And I still want to make this into a webcomic. Also, if I were you I would go and read the rest of the book again. I changed some bits around to fit with the rest of the plot arc more.
More about webcomic idea is that I wouldn't make it so minecraft-centric as this fanfic. It would be inspired by Herobrine and could be read as his story but would be able to be enjoyed by people who don't like minecraft, too. Would you guys read that?

Herobrine dropped to the ground, wringing his hands, his eyes sweeping the burning village. Near where he landed a woman covered her head with burnt hands, staring at him with wide eyes and begging him to not hurt her.
Did he do this?
He didn't remember doing this.
He didn't remember much at all. How he had got here, what was going on- it all seemed just out of his reach. There were mobs all around him, but none were attacking him, and a skeleton was staring at him quizzically.
Don't you remember? You had such fun with all this destruction. Or, I did.
Trying to walk forward, something knocked his foot. It was the girl that had stopped him! He paused for a second, taking in his surroundings once more. He couldn't stay here; he knew that much. But maybe he could help the girl who had helped him. Hoisting her up onto his shoulder, he began to sprint out of the town. A vague memory popped into his head that he had had a limp, but that seemed to have fixed itself and he had a sneaking suspicion why.
You know exactly why. My help.
Ignoring the voice that kept interrupting his thoughts, he concentrated on the girl on his shoulder and reaching cover as soon as possible. What had she said her name was? Stray? Once they reached the trees he set down Stray and dropped on the ground next to her, panting. As soon as he looked away from her face, he heard a fit of raspy, choked coughing explode.
------
Stray gasped for air. Her lungs burned and she could hardly smell anything but thick ash, but she was alive. Unable to open her streaming eyes, she felt a hand touch her shoulder and reached for it, grasping it tightly just for something to concentrate on and keep her from falling back into unconsciousness.
------
Herobrine stared at his hand, and the paler, more fragile hands wrapped around it. Did this girl- Stray- realize whose hand she had just taken?
Ironic. Going straight from killing to saving, are we?
