It is Suday and Sloan and I have a date. She has already dropped the babies off with her sister. She picks me up and we ride out to a fancy restraunt.
We walk in and she tells the hostess who she is. The hostess shows us to a privet room. We sit down. Sloan gives me a rose. I smile at her. A waitress walks in and says, " What can I get you to drink?"
" I will take a sweet tea." I say.
" I will take what I normally get."
The waitress nods and walks off. " So I take it you come here alot?" I say.
" Yeah. This is my God parents place. They are the ones that make sure that my siblings and I still get to talk. If it was up to my parents none of us would have anything to do with eachother. My dad knows better to stand up to my God dad though."
" Well that is good that they make sure that you are treated right."
She nods. The waitress walks back in with our drinks. I am surprised because Sloan gets a glass of wine. When the waitress walks out I say, " Oh so you drink? They don't id you?"
" Yeah I drink every once in a while. They don't check my id because they know that my God parents let me drink."
I nod taking a sip from my drink. I watch her swirl, sniff, and then take a sip.
I guess that is how you drink wine. I have never had alchole before. The waitress comes back with bread sticks and a seafood scampi. I guess Sloan has already ordered for us. At least I like seafood.
We eat in silence. I like how we can just sit in silence and it not be weired. After we are finish eating she ask how I liked the food. " It was really good. This is a place that I would differently come back to if I had the money."
" Well you are my girl and we differentially will be coming back here a lot. I want to spoil the hell out of you."
" That is sweet but don't spoil me to much. I can't spoil you like you can spoil me."
" Just being with you is enough spoiling for me doll face."
I blush and try to hide it. She notices though. " Awe is that a blush? I love making you blush."
Just when I am about to kiss her someone walks in. She stands up and gives the man a hug. " Hey uncle Mark."
" Hey baby girl. Is this your date?"
" Yeah this is her."
" I can see now why you are crazy about her."
I blush again. I stand up to shake the mans hand. " Hi I'm Gracen."
" Gracen this is my God dad but I call him uncle Mark."

I stick out my hand to shake his. " In this family we hug and since you are with my God daughter you are family."
I hug him. " How did you like the food."
" It was really good sir."
" You don't have to call me sir. Just call me Mark or if you want you can call me uncle Mark. Also if you ever need anything just ask. If you ever need money don't be afraid to ask for that either."
" Ok uncle Mark."
He hugs Sloan again. He tells us to be good and to have a good night before walking out. We leave and head to Sloan's house to get the suv.
After getting the suv we drive to her sister's house. We get our babies. Her sister introduces herself to me and gives me a hug. " Just know though if you hurt my sister I will hurt you."
I nod. We leave and go to her house. We don't have school tomorrow so I ask if Emerson can come spend the night at my house. Sloan agrees. She gets Emerson stuff together. Then she drives us to my house. She drops us off.
I head inside. My dad says, " Who is the baby?"
" Her name is Emerson and I am watching her tonight."
" Ok well then make sure you do take care of her. I don't want to have to watch her for you."
He doesn't think that I can watch a baby by myself. He still looks at me like his little girl. All I say though is ok. I take Emerson up to my room. I put a blanket down so that she can have belly time. I lay her down on the blanket. I go and sit on my bed.
She starts rolling around. I text Sloan to ask her if Emerson has ever rolled before.
She text me back really fast. ' No why is she rolling around?'
' Yeah and she is doing it like crazy.'
' Awe I wish I could have seen her roll for her first time :(.'
' I know, I'm sorry.'
' You have nothing to be sorry about. I'm glad that you could be there for one of her first.'
' Yeah it is pretty cool.'
' :). I love you.'
' Ilu2 baby girl.'
Emerson starts crying so I pick her up and change her diaper. It isn't time to feed her yet. My dad comes to check on how we are doing. I let him know that we are fine. He nods and walks off.
