Chapter 6

Arjun was sitting in his study room and reading novel. Suddenly he closed the book and threw it angrily. He closed his eyes and started swinging his arm chair.

Knock knock......

Arjun open his eyes and looked at door. Mary was standing at door with juice in her hand.
She entered the room and placed the glass on table. When she turn to go

"Mary? Did she had dinner?" Arjun asked her.

"No sir, she is still in her room." when she turn to leave

"Was I wrong today?" Arjun asked her

Mary smiled and said "No, we all know you care for her."

"I hurt her" he said in sad voice

"she will understand you."

"she don't understand she is Arjun Mehra's wife." he said complaining

"But you like the way she is." she smiled and put her hand on his shoulder

"You dated so many high society girls but still married to a middle class girl. Why? What you saw in her?"

Mary sat in front of him and slightly squeeze his hand
"Because she accepted the way you are and not who you are?"

"Will she forgive me?" Arjun said with heavy tone.

"Yes, she understands you. Just say her a simple sorry. I know she will forgive you." Mary got up and walk towards door

"Mary?" Arjun called her from behind "Thank you for being there for me" she smiled and went from there.

Jazz knock the door "sir can I come in?"
"yes" he replied without looking t her.
"Sir Mr.Tripathi has arrived and want to see you."

"let him in." he replied
She looked behind and signal him to come inside.
"closed the door behind you." he said while closing the file
She nodded and left from there.

"what have you found?" he got up from his seat and walk towards him.
He handed him the black file

Tripathi started saying

"Her name is Radhika Rao. She was born in Bangalore in 1989.

Her father and mother were working in private office. Mr. And Mrs.Rao died in accident.

Then she started working as a P.A. for Arjun Mehra but they eventually fall in love and got married 5years ago.

After marriage they left to London as they wanted to open up the new business. And now they have shifted to India."

Neil open the black file and started looking at the documents.

"This is the birth certificate of Radhika Mehra."

Neil turn the page "this is the marriage certificate" tripathi pointed at the page.
Neil again turn the page and said "Death certificate of Mr and Mrs Rao"

He angrily closed the file "How could that be possible. Same face same voice. Same smile. She is just Amaya."

"No sir I even asked there neighbors. They said Rao family are from last 25years and they still had that house but from last 5years they didn't visited."

"How could she be Radhika. I still don't trust I think you should still search more." Neil said in confirm voice.

"Sure sir. I will try to figure out more." Tripathi said

"I am sure there is something which we are missing." Neil said while opening the file again and rechecking the documents.

"Okay sir I will take a leave now." and he left from there.
