Rae was looking up at the ceiling on her bed. After the whole entire day of watching Khloe and Toshi pretending that they weren't a couple but being a couple, Rae wanted time by herself, or at least, without those two. Rae couldn't help but think that the two were planning it all along, being romantic behind her back. Rae couldn't help but think of Claire," If only you were here. You could give me some good advice Claire." Rae muttered to herself. Rae was sharing her room with Khloe, who was currently with Toshi. "You know what? I'm tired of doing nothing and giving myself a pity party!" Rae said to herself. Rae got out of her bed, put on her boots, and left the room.
Rae went to the temple, where it was currently closed. Rae walked over towards the cherry blossoms. Rae couldn't believe that she almost forgot about Bisha and her lion," I can't believe the biggest highlight of my day was ruined by Khloe and Toshi!" Rae said, frustrated " Go inside the Buddha... deserve time alone...without Khloe...without them.." Rae couldn't help but agree with the idea. Rae couldn't really concentrate during the whole tour without those two lovebirds and the unhidden elephant in the room. Rae looked at the wooden gate that led to to shrines. Rae never really did things like breaking and entering, but who really cared what happened to someone going into an old boring temple? Rae, now angry and frustrated, went up the stairs and headed towards the big temple with the big golden statue inside.

Rae looked around, the place was empty. Rae didn't see any security guards in front of the temple, so she went inside. Everything looked more beautiful at night, the room being all high and mighty. Rae was glad to look inside without any distractions. Rae then put 5 yen in front of the statue, put her hands together, and whispered," umm..Hi, whoever is listening...I don't know how this whole prayer thing works, but I would like to thank you, as well as the rest of the gods and goddesses, for all the beautiful and important things that you guys made. Without them, Japan wouldn't be what it is today. All I ask is that I can do the same thing...to make people happy and grant their wishes...just seeing people smile makes my life complete. Thank you for listening." Rae looked down at the yen, which looked shinier than before. Rae was about to head towards the exit when she heard someone crying. Before Rae could look for the sound, though, something hard and smooth hit her in the back of her head. Rae fell as she stared at the once mighty statue, which was slowly fading into the dark.
