Chap. 44 Crashing Down

(!!!HAPPY EASTER!!!)

"Levi! I need to help, I can't just sit here and do nothing!" Ymir yelled at him.

"I don't give a shit what you want!" He was furious.

"Ymir, you'll wake up next to Historia."

"What?!"

Levi then knocked her out cold, and brought her out of the room. Eren was standing next to Sasha and Petra.

"I got them..." Petra's wing was burnt off and Sasha had gashes in her arms and legs.

"W-What did you do to Ymir?..." Sasha said quietly.

"She wouldn't leave without Historia, so I knocked her out." He had a blank stare plastered on his face.

"Where's Historia?" Eren looked at him worriedly. 

"Long story, we just need to find Hanji, then go to the boys dorm." Levi gave Ymir to Eren and took Petra by the shoulder.

"Petra, have you seen Hanji?" He questioned her.

"Take me with you and I'll bring you to her." She said and nodded a few times.

"Fine... Eren, go bring Ymir and Sasha to a safe place and find them medicine." Levi took Petra and slung her arm over his shoulder.

"I'll see you soon Levi..." Eren grabbed Levi's hand and the two starred into each other's eyes.

"You too..." They then turned around and went opposite directions.

As Levi walked down the long halls, Petra seemed to get closer and closer to him.

"Are you hurt badly?" Levi looked over to her.

"Ya... But it's fine. Take a left here and then that will be Hanji's room. But I doubt that she will be in there..." Petra sighed leaning her head on Levi's shoulder, which confused him.

"Hm... Ok..." He didn't really like Petra in that way, more like he saw her as someone in training that tried to help him a lot, nothing more.

Once they made the turn, Levi quickly opened the door to Hanji's room, and to his surprise, she was sleeping at her desk, snoring loudly.

"Well,.. I guess she is here..." Petra muttered.

Levi set Petra on another chair and then tapped Hanji's shoulder. Hanji's head popped up and her glasses flew across the room.

"Ya, I'm up!!!" She looked around and saw Petra and Levi.

"Why the hell are you two doing here? And why is she hurt???" She stood up and Levi explained everything. Before he knew it, the three of them were out the door and sent Hanji to take Petra to Eren, so she could get help. Petra for some reason wanted to stay by Levi's side, but he said it was to dangerous.

Then the third bomb went off, and this time there was a voice.

"ALL I NEED IS EREN JAEGER AND MIKASA ACKERMAN, THEN MY DEMONS AND I WILL LEAVE THE PREMISSES! IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT BRING THEM..... YOU WILL DIE A BRUTAL DEATH!!!" Then the voice went quiet.

"Shit... I need to get to Eren..." Levi turned around and started to run in that direction.

'I won't let anyone hurt you, especially the king. Who knows what he'll do...' As he ran, he noticed some of the demons retreating.

"What are they doing... Oh no..." Levi knew exactly what was going on.

"EREN!!!!!!!!" He screamed.

Demons that stayed, tried to get in Levi's way, but he simply slit there throats. They had no chance.

He ran down the halls and realized he might be in his room, and the fastest way to get there would be the stairs, but there was windows every where.

"Why not..." He shrugged, then smashed a window open and jumped out, flying down a couple floors until he could see his room. Then slammed through that window, making it in his room in seconds. On the bed sat Mikasa, Sasha, and Ymir.

But no Eren.

"WHERE THE HELL IS HE!?" Levi was out of breath.

"He went looking for you..." Sasha muttered.

"Shit..."

"And where is Historia!" Ymir yelled.

"I'll find her! Ok, I just need Eren right now!" He ran out of the room and down the halls, screaming his name.

Then it happened, the building started to shake, and the top floor of the building went tumbling down.

"No no no no!" He ran back in his room and grabbed the three girls, and jumping out of the building, gliding to the dirt floor, still running.

Knowing it was going to all come crashing down in seconds.
