Is This Reality?

Chapter 8

Its Lace! Sarah I need to see you RIGHT NOW! So come to the office immediately. The office? What is she doing in the office? I walked down the hall to get to the office. I went into the room where she was in. I sat down in one of the chairs.

So Sarah, I heard that you kissed Jacob. What? I never kissed him! Then who did! I don't know! I stormed out of the room. The whole way back to my classroom I was steaming. I sat back in my seat and started reading again. Sarah, what happened? Jacob asked. Your rude and evil "girlfriend" just called me out and said that I kissed you. He looked s surprised like he didn't know that Lace could have this side to her, but I did. She always gives me that side of her just so she could get under my skin.

Soon class was over and I walked to my 2nd period class which is the class that I have with Lace. Ugh why cant it not get any worse. I managed to stay focused to the class. After an hour of horror from Lace I survived the class period with out freaking out on her about what she said this morning.

Soon lunch came around and I saw my friends sitting at our usual spot that we sit at all the time, but something was off there was one other person there. I saw the back of his head, I went closer to the table and it looked like it was Caleb. Caleb was a really annoying guy and he has a crush on me. What are you doing here I said. He answered with a smile on his face and he finished with calling me "pig."

He went outside where he could hang out with his other friends. What was he doing here I asked Ella. Oh he just wanted to know what your favorite color was she answered. Why? I asked. I don't know. Ella replied.

We went out into the quad and hung out until the bell rang. We talked about drama and I told the girls about what happened this morning. They were also wondering why Lace was in the main office when class was in session. The bell rang and I went to my next class which was one of my favorite classes.

I entered the room and saw that we might watch a movie today. I asked Mr. Campbell if we were watching a movie and he said yes. It turned out that the movie that we were going to watch was one of my all time favorites. National Treasure. I was so happy when it started. Throughout the whole movie I kept my eyes on the screen. When it was over it was nearly the end of the period. So everyone was packing up and getting ready to go.

When the bell rang I went to my next class. On my way to my class I saw Lace and Jacob being all cuddly. It honestly made me heartbroken. I kept on walking when Lace said Keep on walking wannabe. I walked even faster than I did before. When I arrived at my class I was huffing and puffing. I sat down in my seat and Ella came walking in since we have the class together. She asked if I was alright and I just said that Lace is a complete jerk.

Ella saw that I was starting to cry she came over and started hugging me. I stopped crying right when the boys entered the classroom. Were you crying? Teddy asked in a sarcastic tone. Ella told him to stop. Once I was calmed down enough, I started to pay attention in class.

It was a super long day and just because of what Lace said, but I got over it with a lot of tv.
