Is This Reality?

Chapter 13

Today I woke up with a weird felling, like something bad is going to happen. I just bypassed it and went on my marry way. I arrived at school and went to my class. The day seemed normal as usual.

Soon came lunch. I went into the quad and saw that there was a stage set up. I went to the stage and it looked like there was a play starting, so I grabbed a chair and sat down. A lot of people came and sat too. When the play started it looked like a romantic story, until when it went to a balcony scene that looked a lot like what happened between Jacob and I, but they absolutely made fun of it. So much that it made me tear up and walked away really fast. What I didn't know was that Jacob was there watching the play too. I went to a little corner that I have found that no one could see me and I just sat there sobbing.

I heard someone walking towards me, I turned around and saw Jacob. He sat next to me and hugged me.

Why do they have to do that I said with tears flowing down my cheeks.

I don't know he said in a calming voice.

I got myself together and went to my history class. Are you ok? Jacob asked. I nodded and heading in the class. Today we were supposed to get a new classmate. So I got ready to give her a friendly welcome. Ok class here is your new student Mr. Reed said. When she entered the room I was so shocked and I was NOT going to give her a friendly welcome. It was Vicky. Vicky is my enemy so I was not excited to see her in my class. The whole class period I was ignoring her. Finally the school day was over I exited the class and Jacob was sitting on a bench waiting for me. Why do you look bummed he asked. I told him that Vicky was in my class and then I hugged him. He knew about Vicky and how she could be a manipulator. We walked out of the school and he dropped me off at my dad's truck which was at the flagpole.

The rest of the day I calmed down after the big old scene. I sat on my recliner and watched some tv.

Most of the night I had nightmares about it and couldn't sleep.

The Next Day

What happened to you? Ella asked. I have not been getting enough sleep at all. I said. Apperantly I looked like a total mess. Hair flying around everywhere, No makeup, I only had a breath mint and I'm dressed in sweats.

I went to my first period class. We were watching a movie and I ended up taking a nap. The next class was English class. I walked into the class and Jacob was already in there. Are you ok he asked. I sat down in my regular seat and answered ya I just haven't gotten any sleep at all. The class started and I was able to stay awake until towards the end of the period I was nodding off. Ms. Sarah? Mr. Leaf asked. I suddenly woke up.

The bell rang signaling the students to go to their next class. The class went super slow. Thankfully I stayed awake. Finally came lunch. I went and sat down on my usual seat. I layed m head down on the table not thinking that I would fall asleep, but I did. When I woke up my friends were in front of me. Apparently I wasn't asleep for very long. 

I went to the quad and sat on one of the benches, I saw Vicky walk up to one of my friends. I was so afraid of her talking to them. I kept saying to myself "please don't talk" "please don't talk" and she didn't talk. I was so thankful, my friend Barbra walked over to me and asked "what is wrong with her." I said to her " thank God you didn't talk to her, she is very, very bad news."

The bell rang to tell the kids to go to their classes. The rest of the classes went by. I stood in front of the flagpole and saw that my brother came to pick me up. I got in the car and it was a very silent drive home. I got out of the car and went into the living room. I saw that there were balloons flying around. I went into the kitchen and I saw my dad and my brother's girlfriend Savanna. "We're going to Disneyland!" my dad said excidedly.

I shook my head in shock " wait a minute, did you just say Disneyland?" he nodded, I began to smile and jump around the room.

I am very excited to go on my trip.
