It was the next day after the crazy day when Lace was being a jerk. I got up and did my daily routine. Before I left the house I calmed myself down and kind of pumped myself up just in case I see Jacob today.
I arrived at school and immediately I saw Lace and Jacob together. I past them, but I saw that Jacob was looking at me. I looked away and I walked near my first class and just stood there. The bell rang and I went straight into my class and sat in my seat. As time past I got sadder and sadder and I kept thinking about Jacob. I hardly spoke in class and the class that I was in a class where you share out stuff. Ella was sitting next to me and she knew why I was sad and why I wasn't talking.
When class ended the teacher told me to stay in her class with a couple of other students and pretty much she assigned us detention. Great way to start the day right? I was extremely upset after that. Two more classes went by and then came lunch. I sat down at my usual spot. I was starting to cry, but I held it in because there were other kids in the cafeteria and I didn't want them to see me cry my eyes out.
This is all Laces fault I thought to myself.
I spent my lunch sitting alone in the cafeteria feeling sad about what happened. I got up and walked out of the cafeteria, I was almost to the door when Lace stopped me in my tracks. She walked upto me and gave me a really snooty look on her face. I rolled my eyes at her when I saw that face. What do you want I said annoyed. Oh, I just want to see how it was going with the detention situation. How in the world did she know about that! How did you know I asked in a shocked tone. Well, I have my connection she answered in a snooty tone. Ok so now everyone is gossiping about me now. I walked down the steps to the quad. I laid on the grass just thinking about stuff and clearing out my thoughts.
After a few minutes I heard someone lay down beside me. I turned to my head to see who it was and it was Jacob. I had a shocked expression on my face and quickly got rid of it. What are you doing I asked. I need to tell you something he answered.
