We were driving and all of a sudden I see lights. I looked out the window, it looked like we were in a city. I asked my dad where we were and he said that we were in L.A I started getting really excited and smiled from ear to ear. We drove into the parking lot of the hotel that we were staying in and unloaded everything out of our cars and headed to our rooms. We came up to our rooms and it looked like my brother and Savanna had a room right next to my dad and I's. We entered our rooms and I got in my pjs. I layed in my bed and watched a bit of tv, then finally I went to sleep.
I woke up and it was the first day of Disneyland. I sat up and looked on Facebook for a bit. It looked like everything was good. I didn't see Lace being a total jerk on Facebook or taking pictures with Jacob just to make me angry. I got up so I could use the bathroom and saw that my dad was still asleep. I got back to my bed and decided to read for a bit.
After a while Savanna texted me and asked if I was excited and I said that I was. Dad finally woke up. "good morning sleeping beauty." I said. He turned to me and laughed sarcastically and got up to get some coffee. I looked on my phone and went on Facebook to see what everyone was doing. I scroll through the posts and see that on one of the pages that I have liked it said that California Adventure had a new ride. I told dad about it and he answer with a "cool!"
Dad got in the shower and got dressed and then I went into the bathroom to get dressed. I put my hair upon a ponytail and put on good comfy tennis shoes. I wore shorts and a short sleeve shirt. My dad got his funny pack and we were headed out the door. We got out of the door the same time as my brother and Savanna, we both started laughing and we all exited the hotel together.
The first ride that we went on was Sorin Over California. I sat next to my dad and Savanna, my dad said that it was his favorite ride and I can see why he likes it. It was like you were really on a hang glider and it had a lot of pretty sceneries in the ride. We got out of that ride and headed over to the new ride which was in the new Cars Land. We waited in line and finally we were up to go on the ride.
It ended up being really fast and fun. We went to a little dinar in Cars Land. I got a hamburger with fries and a Sprite. After we had lunch we decided to go on some easy rides instead on crazy rides. We were walking and we bumped into thinking of Disney, Mickey Mouse. I was so shy where I didn't say much, we took a picture with him and got a signature. Then we were off to the ride, Auto Topic. It was one of my favorite rides there, my dad and my brother got in one car and me and Savanna got in the other. We got the car in front and my brother and my dad got the car behind us. The whole ride my dad kept bumping us and a lot of the time he got held back because you weren't supposed to bump people.
We got off the ride and decided to get dinner. We went to Bubba Gumps and it was amazing! It was actually one of my favorite places. We went back to the hotel and got ready for bed.
Today was full of fun and excitement.
