To Shawn
Today I had gone to my office and told the boss that I was resigning. He was shocked when I told; I would be too if I was in his position. I used to be so happy and bubbly when I worked. However I am not the same person I was before. I am no longer happy and bubbly.
I am sure, even our daughter must have realized, even if she is only six months old. She always seems so upset around me. The entire house is all glum and sad. Even our dog, Phil, is all upset with his tail always in between his legs. I keep trying to make myself laugh or smile, even if it's fake.
I have decided though. Starting from today, right now, I, Madison, am making a oath on the Fourth of July at 11:11PM that I will try and make a effort to make myself and everyone around me happy again. I promise to try and do this no matter that.
I love you Shawn, and for you I am going to get better.
