Lucinda woke up in her old bed in her home. She thought she would never return home. But now her she was lying in her own bed again. Lucinda's heart began feel up with hope, hope that she was actually alive the whole time and that she hadn't died. Lucinda's heart of hopefulness was immediately shattered after she saw the the Angel's contour.

"You're up." He said in amazement. "How long was I asleep?" She asked the Angel. "Two maybe even three days." He answered. "Three days!" Lucinda exclaimed. "Yeah, you were almost completely drained of your energy. You have to be careful about how much energy you use." The Angel tells her.

"Why am I here?" Lucinda asked him. "I think it's time that you finally saw your family again." The Angel tells her. "You're letting me see them? Why the change of heart?" She asks the Angel. "You've done good so far and I thought that in return you should have the chance to see your family again." The Angel answered.

"Thank you." Lucinda tells him. "Take my hand Lucinda." The Angel told her. Lucinda reached out to take his hand and got out from her bed. The Angel was starting to become efficient. "Where are we going?" She asks him. "To see your family." The Angel told her. Still holding each other's hand Lucinda and the Angel walked down the staircase.

"Just a reminder Lucinda, we can see them but they cannot see us." The Angel told her. "What about my baby sister?" Lucinda asked him. "You mean will she able to see you?" The Angel asked her. "Yes, I heard that babies could see spirits." Lucinda replies.

"They can but I highly doubt it that she will look in our direction." The Angel told her. Lucinda was once again saddened at the fact that her little sister wouldn't see her. The Angel seemed to crushing her spirit more than lifting it. "I'm sorry Lucinda, what I said sounded far more tragic than what it actually already was. What I should've said was that there is a possibility she will see us." The Angel told her.

That lightened Lucinda's mood a little but there was doubt than there was a possibility. Lucinda and The Angel reached the end of staircase. Lucinda looked in the living room, no one was there. "Where are they?" Lucinda asked the Angel. Then Lucinda suddenly heard laughter coming from the kitchen. It seemed alien because Lucinda hadn't heard any form of happiness in a while.

Lucinda walked down the last step and stood on the living room floor. It felt weird being back home. Although Lucinda had only been gone for a little while she felt as if she had been gone for an eternity. Lucinda let go of the Angel's hand and walked forward to the kitchen

Lucinda stood there frozen, unable to move. She hadn't seen her family ever since the incident, her death to be exact. It would be strange to see them now, especially because she would be able to see them but they wouldn't be able to see her. Lucinda looked back at Angel. "Go ahead Lucinda, it's time." He told her. Lucinda walked forward into the kitchen. Her family was sitting at the dinner table.

Everyone seemed to be filled with joy and happiness. She looked around the table and hadn't seen a single face with frown or a tear running down. Lucinda found herself crying and that's when the Angel showed up back at her side. "They seem happy...without me." Lucinda told him. "It's not that Lucinda, they've found peace." The Angel responded.

"It seems too soon though. Did they already forget about me?" Lucinda says aloud. "Forget about you, they never would. They've found there peace, no it's time that you've found yours." The Angel tells her. The Angel lowers himself down so that he's now next to Lucinda. He puts his hand up next to Lucinda's face and brushes her tears away. The lights suddenly turn off, the lights are replaced with brightness of seven lit candles.

The Angel moves away from Lucinda to let her see what is going on. Her mother brings out a small cake and everyone puts they're head down in the moment of silence. "Although isn't little Lucy's birthday today, it still isn't too late to celebrate the her life and the joy that she brought to this family. She'll always be remembered and never forgotten." Her mother says aloud. Lucinda begins to cry again.

This time she's crying with happiness and joy. The smiles at her for a moment and then says "I told you Lucinda, you would never be forgotten. But simply always be remembered."
