Dark that's what I could explain things as. I was a dark person and no one could change that in me. You can't fix the corrupted and I was one. Betrayal that's all I knew,that's all everyone ever did to me. Salvador was the first one I trusted after Geric. I trust those two with my life. Now one of my closet friends that I've known forever has betrayed me. This can not be forgiven and she will regret her decisions I'll make sure of it!

"Carol I will warn you once again! When I get out of here I will kill you and Matt!"I yelled

"Before you arrived I thought you wouldn't have your armor on nor a new sword that was too heavy for either of us to wield. I thought you would be in your dress,but I forgot that you don't go anywhere without that armor of yours. You acted so helpless in front of me and it wasn't fair you had a family I never did! It wasn't fair and you rubbed it in my face! You deserve to die!"she yelled

"I thought of you as a sister. Your aunt was the only one who didn't work me to death! She let me rest,but when I reached the age of seven I started immediate training and you didn't! Carol I have always been there for you thick and thin! What do you do? You betray me you always had my trust and yet you never trusted me! I will never forgive this."I yelled back

"You don't have to forgive me! I don't care I just want you out of my life Katerina! This can never be forgiven it is your fault that I lost my aunt! I lost everything because of you,"she whispered.

"You don't know the true story do you,"I whispered,"it wasn't my family that caused it. She had to run or the people that killed your parents would kill her and you. She ran to protect you I told her we would protect the both of you but she declined. She ran and was soon killed. She made me promise not to tell you. I guess I should've told you sooner carol but I was afraid of what you would do. Now Carol you have two options you can give me a knife so I can pick this lock and I will spare your life or you can stay with Matt and I will kill you both."

"I choose to stay with Matt good luck Katerina you're gonna need it!" She said and laughed

I just laughed at her and couldn't stop,"Luck! Since when have I ever needed luck! I'm always close to death and I always win! I will not lose this time. You and Matt will meet your demise!"

"We will see Katerina,"she walked off.

It went quiet and now I can think properly,"How will I get out? I need to get to my knife so I can pick the lock." It hurt trying to reach for my knife,but I'd have to deal with the pain. "Come on!" I was close to grabbing it. "A little closer... Got it." I smile to myself,"Now it's time to pick this lock."

Click It unlocked,"yes!" Right as I stood up I got dizzy, then I remember I havent had food for three days. I was hungry but that would have to wait. I need to leave as soon as possible. Where do I go? That is true question I remember this dungeon but I can't remember from where. All I want to know is where I'm at but, I guess that can wait.

I'm running through the halls trying to find a way out where do I go? No idea I need my way out. Where was this place does it look so familiar to me? I can't remember it made my head hurt. Almost like my head was trying to tell me something. Where was I? Then it clicked the dream I had was this where I was at? The same dungeon that I was in when I was kidnapped a few months ago. This is the dungeon to an abandoned castle. Not just any castle it was the old Rose castle when the family was all Lords. This was my home for centuries and I knew it better than anyone. I used to come here with my father and we trained here daily. He knew about this and knew his way around as well. I will kill him for this. I run to the courtyard and see someone on the ground. I run to them it was Salvador. "No!"I yelled

"What have you done Matt! I will kill you! I will not allow you to hurt someone else I care about! Show yourself!"I yelled

"He's not dead just out cold. We'll play a game Katerina if you can find me within this castle I will let you both go. If you can not find me within two hours you both die. Have fun!"he laughed

He suddenly triggered a memory
Flashback

We are in the castle and my father has challenged us. He left a note since he arrived early,"You have two hours to find me. If you don't find me not dinner for two days. Good luck Matt and Katerina.

P.S. the one who doesn't find me gets to watch the winner and me eat. No food for the loser."

I search for him and remembered that he liked to go to the training room and that's where I found him. He smiled and just ran so I chased him and finally caught him,"I win!"I exclaimed

"You did. But the test is not over. Now you must fight me to fully win."

That was the day I got my butt kicked bad. I still remember it vividly and I'm guessing that's how this will go. Matt's favorite spot was the garden area it's where we brawled with one another he always won but I didn't care then he was like a brother. But I know he would be there. I need to think if I was Matt where would I go? My favorite place? Impossible maybe he went to my father's favorite place? Maybe not? Where would someone like him go?

Then I remembered that one day Matt said if I ever needed him go to the throne room. I was going to regret this but I needed to get this over with. He will die tonight and I'll make sure of it. "Here I come Matt be ready to meet you demise,"I say out loud. But before I can search for him I need to move Salvador under the tree.

I am now entering my doom. If I don't come back then I'm letting everyone down. I need to succeed so that I can finally be happy and not worry about Matt trying to kill me and Salvador or anyone that I care for...
