Getting Ready in the Morning

Female: Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Libra, Aquarius, Pisces

Male: Taurus, Leo, Virgo, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn

Rays of golden sunlight slipped through the curtains and onto a sleeping Capricorn. Strands of his chestnut colored hair fell into his closed eyes as his chest slowly rose and fell with each breath. His face was buried deep in his warm pillow. He let out a relaxed sigh and a small smile made its way on his lips.

SLAM! Suddenly, a loud noise echoed through the hallway followed by thundering footsteps. A cacophony of noises erupted outside Capricorn's door causing his gray eyes to fly open.

"Libra, get out of the bathroom! You'll take forever in there!" an annoyed Sagittarius complained.

"Just wait your turn like the others!" Libra yelled back.

"Yesterday I was late to school because of you," Aries grumbled.

"I really need to use the bathroom," Virgo stated.

"Use another bathroom!" Libra exclaimed.

"They're all taken," Virgo explained. Capricorn groaned and squished his pillow over his face.

"Shut up! I'm trying to sleep an extra five minutes before school!" he shouted from under his pillow.

"What?" Sagittarius asked. Cap threw his pillow off to the side of the bed.

"I said, shut up!" he yelled. "I'm trying to sleep."

"Sorry, Cap!" Sag replied. "It's just that Libra here wants to hog the bathroom."

"I'm not hogging the bathroom!" Libra retorted.

"Yeah you are," Aries fired back.

"Am not!"

"You guys are fighting like five-year-olds," Capricorn grumbled. He violently threw his covers off and opened his door. His eyes widened when he saw Sagittarius about to kick down the bathroom door. "Sag! What are you doing?" he cried. The Archer's deep blue eyes matched his mischievous smile. His messy brown hair fell into his eyes giving him a slightly wild appearance.

"I'm about to bust through this door," he replied.

"What!?" Libra yelped. "I was here first! You guys are just making me take longer by arguing with me!"

"Why didn't we get a house with more bathrooms?" Capricorn sighed.

"I really need to go to the bathroom," Virgo complained, but everyone ignored him.

"Then why don't you let me go first?" Aries argued.

"I thought we were on the same team here, Aries!" Sagittarius exclaimed. The Ram's golden eyes glinted with annoyance.

"What did you expect after we got Libra out of the bathroom? We'd all use it at the same time?" she scoffed. "I can't be late to school two days in a row."

"Guys-" Virgo was cut off.

"I don't want to be late either!" Sagittarius shot back.

"I really-" Virgo began.

"You're always late, so it doesn't matter," Aries said.

"Maybe it's because I never go first!"

"Can I-"

"Or because you're slow!"

"I'm slow? Libra is the one hogging the bathroom!"

"I'm not hogging!" Libra cut in.
