Chapter 19: Newfound Feelings

Randy's POV

We stood together in an awkward silence. She tucked the ninja mask in her jacket. She kept fiddling with her fingers, nervously. No this so uncomfortable. I gotta talk.

"So... Since when did you know that I was the ninja?" I asked

She looked up at me and said "Since that the last time we had fought robo apes together."

"How did you know?" I asked, meekly

"Well, simple logic that I should've solved months ago. When you are here, the ninja's gone and when the ninja's gone you popped out of nowhere making well, I might say pitiful excuses" she said

"Pitiful? What did you think that I'm doing while the ninja was gone when you still didn't know that I was the ninja?" I asked once again.

"Well, I did thought that you are using the ninja fighting time so you could ditch Howard and make out with someone" She said, quite embarrassed.

"Oh.. Why would I make out with someone? Besides, I like someone else." I said, sheepishly

"You...like someone?" She asked

"Yeah" I rubbed the back of my neck.

"Great. Well, I must really rest I have quite a day" She said as she started going upstairs.

"If you need my help, just wake me up if you need me" she added

Gosh... I was really obvious on my ninja thing. But I guess I need to make it up to her since she saved the cheese out of my life. I went upstairs to see her laying at the bed, sleeping peacefully. I walked up to her and laid down beside her. I guess she's already sleeping. She must have been really tired. I went closer to her and wrapped my arms around her. I cuddled close to her as sleeps. I sniffed at her jacket. Hmmm... It somehow smelt like vanilla. She smelled so sweet.

Meg's POV

I blushed at the fact that I am being cuddled by him. I guess he hasn't realize that I'm still awake. I don't want to bother him though, I'm loving the cuddle. I turned to him to see that he already fell asleep from cuddling. I wrapped my arms around him and cuddled back. He smiled a bit in his sleep. That's so adorable. Maybe I should have just leave McFist and Viceroy. I should stop my dirty work with them. I know this is wrong but it just felt so right. Maybe just maybe... I shouldn't kil him and just live with him. I'm just going to be living like a normal human. That actually sounds nice. I closed my eyes and started fall into my deep slumber.

Time skip because Author-chan got lazy again (づ￣ ³￣)づ

I woke up with Randy still sleeping in my arms. I looked at the clock. 4:13 P.M. Wow, I must have been really tired. I cautiously removed my arms around him so he won't wake up. But it was too late, he opened an eye first before opening the other one.

"Hey Meg... Did you sleep well?" He asked as he rubbed his eyes cutely.

"Yeah I did. How about you? Did you sleep well?" I asked as I stood

"Yeah I did sleep well" He stood up as well

"So... Any plans for now?" He asked

"No actually." I said

He grinned and took my hand. "How about let's go to the Game Hole and hang out there?" He said

I can't say no to that face "Sure that'll be the cheese! Let's go" I practically pulled him all the way to the Game Hole. We both left our ninja books. So you know, they won't interfere with our fun time. After two hours of playing, we decided to stop by at the Food Hole to get something to eat. He bought me some nachos and he bought himself his all-time favorite Gravy Fries. As we eat, we kept talking about our ninja thing but you know we kept our voice in soft but still audible tone.

I suggest you play the music in this part so it would be even better.(°∀°)b

Then again, a pack of robo wolves and a robo snake attacked. Seriously....?! In a middle of a good conversation here.

He frantically looked for something in his jacket. "Meg, where's my ninja mask?"

"Wait didn't you left it at home with the Ninja Nomicon?" I said as I pulled out my ninja mask and wore it in somewhere hidden.

"Oh crud. I did" he said as he ran away. I kicked down a robo wolf and started slicing it off.
Randy got himself trapped by three robo wolf. I tried to make my way to him but there was just to many of them. The robosnake slithered to him and attacked him. He grunted in pain as he held his bleeding arm. My eyes widened in anger. I felt myself about to snap. How dare they hurt Randy! I started regaining my strength and fought my way to him. I sliced off every single robo wolf I've come in contact with. Atlas, there was no more robot to hurt him. I panted heavily as walked to him.

"Let me see your wound" I asked. He nodded and slowly lifted his arm.

"This is really quite big.." I said, feeling bad about it. How come I couldn't protect him..? I put my hand over his wound. His wound started to glow green and then small sakura petals covered the wound until it completely healed leaving no mark of the scar. I took off my mask with still a frown carved on my face.

"Thanks Meg. That made me feel even better. I-" I cut him off with a tight hug.

"I'm sorry that I could protect you that time. I thought that I was strong and I could do it... But I was wrong I'm still weak... I still need you..." I cried onto his shoulder.

He got startled by what I said but he still hugged back. "I need you too.. I need you in my life because... I love you. I love you so much, Megan" He said

My hug got even tighter as I feel my face heat up. "I love you too, Randy." I lifted my scarlet face up and come in contact with his sapphire blue eyes. His face had a deep shade of red as he leaned onto me. I slowly closed my eyes and felt his lips onto mine. His arms snaked down to my hips. I lovingly kissed back as I wrapped my arms around his neck. After a few moment, we pulled out for air. Our hands were entwined with each other, not even wanting to pull away. We walked back to the house with a bright smile on each others faces.

So... Guys. How was it? They confessed plus a bonus kiss!!! Love is truly in the air. So, I'll admit this was my favorite chapter to write so far.
