My alarm beeps, letting me know that Monday has come too early. Sunday went by in a blur, being that I spent the whole day at Harry's house catching up on sleep. I almost feel like an idiot for doing that right after he hurt me. I mean I have my virginity to him when a week earlier he made out with another girl. I was an idiot. I almost regretted it. Now it's almost as if I gave him permission to break my heart and I'd forgive him right on the spot. Honestly, I don't know if I forgive him. I know we need each other and I know he loves me and I love him. So much. But what he did made me loose some of the trust I had in him, no matter what he says to me.

I push the thoughts to the back of my head. It's honestly not the best way to start the morning. I get out of bed and decide to shower. I set my alarm a little earlier this morning so I would have some extra time to just sit down and think about everything.

After taking way too long of a shower, I pull my wet hair into a bun and walk to my closet. I throw on a sweatshirt and jeans and take my hair out of the bun. I don't have the energy to dry it so I just leave it down, hopefully it will dry a little before I arrive at school. I add a little makeup. My undereyes are black. I spent half my night thinking about the events of Saturday night. It all started just fine. I was having a great time with Austin and Harry intervened. He's always just so overprotective. What does he think is going to happen? I can handle myself. I was doing just fine before him anyways.

The class I had been dreading all day has finally come. Third period math. Haille sat right next to me and I knew it would not end well.

I took my seat. Haille wasn't there yet. I wonder if Harry told her that I know. Maybe I'll just ignore her. Hopefully, she wouldn't even show up.

My prayers go unanswered as she walks into the classroom. She takes her normal seat next to me, seeming content enough. She must not know that Harry told me about their little night together.

"Hey Carter." She greets me.

I pretend I don't hear her, fumbling with the mechanical pencil. I know it's childish, but I just don't want to talk to her. It'll just turn into a big mess anyways.

"Carter?" She nudges my arm.

"Haille, what?" I snap.

"Just wanted to say hi. What's your problem?"

"You know exactly what my problem is." I bring my focus back to the pencil.

"What are you even talking about?"

"Oh. I don't know. Just the fact you were making out with Harry while I was asleep."

Her face goes blank, the normal tan color paling. "C-carter I'm so sorry."

"Save it." I spit.

The class is let out a little early and I leave the classroom as quickly as possible. I keep walking even though Haille is running after me, calling my name. The hallway is nearly empty, other classes having about five minutes left.

I reach my locker and put my books in it.

"Carter please just let me explain." She stops behind me.

"There's nothing to explain." I sort put a few things in my locker, just to appear busy.

"Carter there is. I was drunk and-"

"Haille that's not an excuse. You should have known better." I turn around to walk away.

"I know I should have but he's just so-." She stops herself, her face horrified.

"Exactly." I laugh, realizing what a slut she truly is and has always been. Why did I ever trust her?

"Carter." She sighs.

"Haille. I'm not going to forgive you so don't even try." I snap.

"Did you forgive Harry?"

I think about her question. Have I forgiven him? It was all just too much to process. I guess I have but at the same time I haven't. I lost trust in him. "No." I simply state.

"It sure as hell didn't seem that way today."

"Haille. It's different."

"How is it different Carter? He went along with it. He's just as guilty as I am."

"No he's not."

"Yes he is." She places a maniacal smile on her face. "You should have seen the way his hands were all over me. And his lips were so soft."

I feel the anger build inside of me. "Stop." It's the only word I can get out. She knew it would drive me insane and she's holding it against me. She knows I love him.

"And guess what Carter? He liked it. I know he did. And I Iiked it just as much."

"Fuck you." I spit

"No. I'm sure Harry is already up for that."

I slam my locker door closed and slap her right across the face. She was taking this too far and I'm not going to let a bitch like her win.

"You fucking bitch." She yells, grabbing her face.

"Go to hell." I say and walk away, meaning every word.
