Luke woke up at the constant bother of hot air against his nose. When he
opened his eyes he noticed that there a steaming hot cup of coffee on the bedside table. He blinked lazily at it then tilted up his head to look at the piece of paper beside it.'Thanks again' it had read and he frowned as he looked at the paper dangling limply between his fingers. Immediately he turned his head to look for her. When he was met with the slightly dented spot on the other side of the bed he jolted upwards and looked around.
'She left' he thought to himself slightly disappointed then glanced at the door which lead to the living room. "Aria" he croaked out quietly but he was answered by nothing but silence. He sighed at the realization that he was alone then reached for the cup. He sipped from the cup and soon winced from the feeling of his tongue being scorched.
After a while he heard the sound of the door opened and his ears perked up as he practically sprinted to the door. "Aria"he said hopefully as he watched a small body frame shuffle inside the apartment. She had on a thick black leather jacket and dark blue jeans pants. It was evident that she had on a plain white T-shirt also but she hugged herself with the jacket so that he only caught a glimpse of it.
Her light brown eyes met his as she began to pull down her hoodie and she flinched in shock. "Shit" she cursed through a heavy breath then began to chuckle when she realized it was only him. He smiled wearily as he continued to take in her appearance. Her curly hair had been braided to the side and her cheeks and the tip of her nose were rosy from the shift of temperature.
"Hi" Luke said trying to suppress the smile that was fighting to get on his face but Aria didn't even bother to fight it. She smiled cheekily at him then said in her naturally cracked voice "Hi Luke". He still couldn't get over how she hated something that made her sound like an angel.
For him it was definitely hot.
He also couldn't get over how her lips were so pink. "Finished drinking me in Hemmings?"she asked cheekily and he blushed as he watched her shrug off her jacket. "Probably"he said casually and she shook her head with a chuckle
"No work today?"he asked as she strolled towards him and shook her head in response. "Free day."
"Anything planned?"
Already noticing what the tall blonde boy was up to a smug smile grew on her face as she said "Nah. And yes to your second question"
"My second question?"
"You were going to ask if I'd like to do something with you. So sure"
"Nice"
