Lucinda's battle

Garroth: "She has no pulse." Caster said and Laurance and Sly began to sob. Then Sly asked "She has no pulse? What wound emits a cold aura? Did Loki do this before he died?" Caster shook his head. I had failed. Failed to protect my Lord from Death again. Our first Lord had been killed by Shadownights and now Aphmau no Jess I reminded myself was dead and it was all my fault. Everyone just kind of stood in shook as Sly and Laurance were sobbing over Her body. Then I saw Caster was looking at the wound and his face looked Suddenly confused as Color began to return to Jess's face. "Jess!! She has a pulse!" Sly screamed as He moved aside so Laurance could feel it too. Laurance's face lit up as he felt her wrist. "She does!!" Laurance yelled in excitement. She was alive? Cadenza and I rushed over from where we had been standing to see Jess close up. She was breathing very softly and when I held her wrist there was a faint pulse. "Come one guys! Let's get Jess back to her house!" Cadenza and Kala ordered at the same time. They looked at each other and laughed as they realized that they both had said it. Laurance and Sly lifted Jess up carefully and began to walk to Jess's house. Then Steaven said "Katz can you help me carry Lucinda? She has a wound on her Leg." I looked behind me to see Lucinda in Steavens arms and my eyes went to her leg. The wound was green. "Lucinda! Did a Shadownight cut you?" Caster asked quickly while running over to Steaven and Lucinda. Lucinda nodded and tried to speak but failed. "Quick bring her to Jess's house quickly." Caster ordered Steaven and Katz. Cadenza then asked me "Is Lucinda going to be alright?" As I looked at Cadenza I replied "She will be fine." Cadenza dident look convinced but she and I walked beside each other to Jess's house. 

Lucinda: My Leg felt like it was on fire and I tried to tell Caster that yes a Shadownight had cut my leg but my mouth felt dry and I could barely keep my eyes open. Caster said somthing but I couldent understand what he was saying. All I felt was Steavens arms holding me up and Katz helping. Then I remembered somthing my mom had told me "A Neather sword wound is always fatal if not given treatment imedetly." Shadownights had Neather swords. Foolish me I should have taken care of it imedetly instead of trying to continue to fight. Now I could die before I even confessed to Steaven that I loved him. I half felt them lay me down on a soft bed and heard murmuring voices but my mind couldent make the words out. I must stay awake! If I passed out it would be to late for them to save me. I couldent even feel my leg anymore when I felt Steavens voice whisper in my ear "I love you Lucinda. Please don't die" I fought back the sleepiness and tried to stay awake. Slowly the pain in my leg returned and I could hear again "It's working! Oh shoot Laurance is passed out again." Wait Laurance was passed out? Why? Then the world became clear again. I saw Steaven standing over me and I saw Laurance passed out in a chair in the corrner. "So you love me?" I said to Steaven. His face lit up at my voice and he hugged me and said "I always have!" "I love you too." I replied And we kissed. My leg still hurt but it was feeling much better then it had earlier. Caster said "Okay you too love birds Lucinda needs some sleep." Steaven nodded and I layed back down and drifted off to sleep.
