{six years later}

"Daddy Calum who's this?" Luke, who was now eight years old, asked Calum as he held up a picture of Michael. It was taken on Story and Michael's wedding day. Calum smiled and said, "That's your real daddy, Luke. His name was Michael." He picked up Luke and Luke smiled. "Your mommy loved him very much." Luke looked up at Calum. "Like she loves you Daddy Calum?" Calum smiled and shook his head. "No, she'll never love anyone like she loves him. Not even me." Luke furrowed his eyebrows, "Then why did Mommy marry you if she still loves my real daddy?" Story heard the boys talking from the living room and smiled a little, looking at the diamond ring on her finger. Her and Calum had gotten married less than a year ago. Despite still loving and missing Michael, she also loved Calum. And he loved her despite missing his beloved Luke. "Your mommy still loves me, and I love her, but her heart will always, and I mean always, have a place for your real daddy." Calum said to Luke looking at him as he spoke. He was starting to look more and more like Michael had when he was younger. The pale green eyes and naturally brown hair, which he wanted to be green (guess he got that from Michael too) and he liked Green Day. "Do you get jealous Daddy Calum?" He asked pouting his pink lips. Calum laughed and shook his head, "No. I don't get jealous." Luke looked back up at him curiously. "Why not?" Calum smiled even more at this, "Because my heart has a place for someone just like your mommy does. You're named after him, you know. His name was Luke too. And I love him the way your mommy loves your real daddy." Luke nodded and said a small, 'Oh okay.' then he wanted down so he could play. Calum laughed a bit as he made his way to the kitchen. He put his arms around Story and put his face on her shoulder. "He's so understanding for someone his age." Story mused turning her head to kiss Calum's temple as she went back to cutting the vegetables. Calum nodded and smiled, "Just like his mother." She giggled and rolled her eyes. "If you say so, Cal." Calum snuck his heads under her shirt, causing her to gasp at the cold feeling on her stomach. But soon settled down again when his hands began to warm. "Hopefully this one will be the same way, have her mother's charm and beauty." Calum murmured in her ear as she chuckled. "Hopefully won't have her father's tendency to not listen to me when I say stop eating the food." Story said smacking Calum's hand that had been going for a piece of broccoli.

"We'll know when she gets here." Calum said to his wife kissing her cheek.
