{18} Sickening & Dinner

Bella's Pov-

I looked around at all the gifts that surrounded me. today was Christmas and everyone insisted on giving me their gifts first. I looked down at my wrist and smiled at the airplane bracelet. Harry had given me a bracelet that matched his paper airplane necklace. I loved it so much.


"Okay, I wanna give you all my gifts to you," I passed all the gifts around. They all opened them and thanked me. Soon after everyone else had exchanged gifts, El stood up and cleared her throat. We all looked up at her.

"I have one more gift to Louis. I hope you enjoy this," She then handed him a few pieces of paper. "Louis Tomlinson, you are going to be a father!" Louis' jaw dropped as he stared at the picture. El started fidgeting, probably thinking she shouldn't have told him. Suddenly, Lou shot up and hugged her tightly, catching her off guard.

"Ahh, so that explains the moodiness!" I shouted. Everyone looked at me then laughed. El nodded and whispered something to Lou.

"How far along are you?" Dani asked.

"Three months," she replied. We passed around the pictures of the ultra-sound. Soon, everyone had to leave to head off to family dinners. Me and Harry were going to his mums house for the night.

I went upstairs and decided to take a shower. I stripped out of my clothes and stepped in the shower letting the hot water run down my back. I sighed as it relieved all of the stress. After washing my hair and body, I turned off the water and stepped out wrapping the towel around me. I walked into my bedroom and pulled out some Christmas clothes. I slid the Cami on then the jumper and put my leggings on. I applied a light coating of mascara then did my hair clipping a bow in it.

I pulled out my bag and packed some clothes for tomorrow and other things I needed for the night.

"Hairbrush, toothbrush, deodorant, perfume, clothes, underwear, bra, phone, phone charger, toothpaste, I think I have everything," I muttered to myself. I zipped the bag shut and picked it up and brought it downstairs. I set it by the door and went into the kitchen. I opened the fridge and pulled out an apple. I bit in the apple and went back into the main room waiting for Harry.

"You ready?" He asked walking down the stairs. I stood up with the apple in my hands and slid the boots Lou and El got me.

"Yup, but I'm bringing the apple," I stated grabbing my bag with my free hand. He chuckled as he picked up his bag.

"Be my guest," He led me to the car. He took my bag from me and put it the trunk as I got in the passenger seat taking a bite out of my apple.

"How long is the ride?" I asked swallowing the apple chunk.

"About three hours, so we would be there around 5 or 6," He said starting the car. I sighed but put my seat belt on as did he. We started driving as I finished my apple.

"What should I do with the core?" I asked looking around for a small trash bag. I found one under the seat as I put the apple core in it, "Never mind," I leaned back in my seat and turned the radio up a little.

"I know you wanna get behind the wheel only one rida, eyes shut still got me swimming like a diver, can't let go I got fans in Okinawa," I rapped along with I Cry by Flo Rida. It was hard but I managed to do it. Harry looked impressed. "Caught up in the middle, I cry just a little, when I think of letting go," I sang.

"Your good," Harry said when the song finished.

"Thanks, Syco records thinks so too," I muttered.

"What?" Harry asked.

"I said, Syco Records thinks so to," I said a little louder.

"When did they hear you sing?" He asked curiously.

"When I did a duet with Little Mix,"

"How come I didn't know?"

"It doesn't go public for another month."

"Oh."

"Yeah." Then the conversation ended. I leaned back and closed my eyes hoping to get some sleep.


Harry's Pov-

"Bella, wake up love, we're here," I shook her. She hummed in response and slowly opened her eyes. She blinked a few times before unbuckling her seatbelt and getting out. I got out as well and opened the trunk and pulled out both of our bags. I walked up to the front door as Bella stood next to me. She placed her head on my shoulder as I rang the doorbell. Bella closed her eyes and held her stomach.

"Are you feeling alright, love?" I asked worriedly. She shook her head yes but I knew she was lying. Soon, my mum and Gemma opened the door and greeted us with hugs.

"Merry Christmas!" Bella tried to sound happy but failed.

"Are you alright?" Mum asked Bella.

"Yeah I'm fine," She lied. Mum and Gemma took our bags and led us to my old room. I swopped Bella up and carried her up the stairs, she didn't object which means she really wasn't feeling well. We reached my old room as I placed her on the bed.

"Dinner will be ready in about 10 minutes," Mum said before walking out with Gemma. I sat down next to Bella and pulled a blanket over her.

"Stay here and rest, you don't feel well," I ordered.

"I'm fine!" She argued throwing the blankets off her.    

"No your not, Bell, your burning up!" I exclaimed when I felt her forehead.

"Ugh I just don't what to seem like I just came here to sit in this room all day and do nothing!" She sighed. Suddenly she shot up and ran to the bathroom. I got up and followed her. When I walked in she was leaning over the toilet gagging. I leaned down and rubbed her back.

"I told you, you weren't fine," I mumbled. She nodded with her head still in the toilet until she pulled away. "Go lay down, I'll tell everyone your not feeling well," I said. She nodded again as she stood up and went into the room. I followed her in and pulled the blanket over her when she layed down.

"I'll see you in a bit love," I kissed her forehead then went downstairs. Everyone was sitting around the table as I arrived in the kitchen. Everyone starred at me as I sat down with a plate of food. "What?" I finally asked.

"Where's Bella?" Robin asked.

"She wasn't feeling well so I told her to get some rest," I told them. We all then started eating after we said Merry Christmas to everyone.

"So Harry hows the band?" Mum asked.

'We're all good, tour starts February, what about you guys?" It was only us four at the table because my mum wanted a small  immediate family dinner this year.

"I've been working to get a college degree in teaching," Gemma stated proudly.

"What year would you want to teach?" I asked her.

"Year 3 or 4" She responded immediately. She smiled brightly as she took another bite of the cranberry sauce.

"That's great, what about you mum?" I asked her.

"Well, I've been helping Lou-Anne out at the bakery," Lou-Anne owned the bakery I used to work at.

"Tell her I said hi!"

"I will," she said before Robin spoke.

"I have just been working in the shop, nothing really new," Robin worked as a car detailer on the other side of town. "What about Bella?" I smiled at her name.

"She's a model, she did a T.V. show for a few months out in L.A. while we were on tour, but while she was in L.A. she broke her ankle, and finally she just did a lot of things in the past year." I smiled as I ate the food.

"How did she break her ankle?" mum asked curiously.    

"Well she sprained it while jogging to work one morning with David," I said his name in disgust, "then Lou dropped her while they were walking on the beach and she snapped her ankle, the crash didn't help at all either," I muttered the last part. Gemma giggled. "Whats so funny?"

"You said his name with such disgust, your jealous!" She accused.

"Nu-huh!" I denied.

"Yea-Huh!"

"NU-HUH!"

"YEAH-HUH!"

"SHUT UP!" someone groaned from behind us. I turned around to see Gemma's best friend, Lindsay. "Mum just wanted me to drop these off," She held up a plate of Christmas cookies. Lou-Anne was also her mother, and because my mum liked to help her at the bakery, she would always give us free holiday cookies which were amazing!

"Aw tell Lou-Anne I said thank you, and Merry Christmas!" Mum cooed. She took the plate of cookie from Lindsay and placing it on the counter and giving Lindsay a hug.

"I will and Merry Christmas to you all too! Now I must get back, Bye guys!" She waved before leaving again.

"Is everyone done eating?" Mum asked everyone. we all responded with 'yes' and she took our plates. "Present time!"
