Normal pov

Gajeel had just finished packing,he brought all the necessities clothes,a blanket,food (iron).He planned on stopping by Lucy's apartment to see her for the last time before he left.So that's exactly where he is headed.Gajeel got to her place in about 10 minutes and knocked on her door,he waited a minute then decided to just go in.He walked around wondering where she was at he checked most if the rooms in her place but didn't find her.
"Lucy?"he called out.
"I'm in the bathroom."she replied.
"Of course she is."he said to himself.
"Oh,ok,"he said,thinking,"can I join you?"he added.
"U-uhh G-Gajeel why would you ask?"
"We are engaged and I've already seen you anyway."he stated.
"Do you even remember that,you were so drunk you could barely stand that night."she said back.
"Well I don't really remember it in detail but...no,you're right...actually I don't really remember that very much at all."
"I doesn't matter,I guess you can join me."she agreed shyly.
"Ok I'm coming in."he said opening the door to the bathroom.
"Wow you look beautiful."he said.
"Oh..."she trailed off blushing.
"What are you doing?"Lucy asked.
"Getting undressed."
"Why?"
"So I can join you in your bath."
"Oh,oh yeah,right,sorry."she apologized.Gajeel finished getting undressed and joined Lucy.
"You know this is really nice."Lucy said,"I'm glad you joined me."she finished then kissed him.
"Yeah,I decided to,since I'm leaving at around 3 and it's only 9."he explained.
"Well I'm enjoying this very much,"she started,"but Gajeel?"
"Yeah."he questioned.
"Can you help me?"she asked.
"W-with what?"he stuttered.
"Umm can you wash my back,I can't reach,obviously."she asked/stated.
"Oh,yeah,sure."he agreed.
"So,Gajeel what exactly is this little job you are going on?"Lucy asked.
"Well actually I need to talk to you about that."he started.
"What?"she asked nervously.
"Well you see the job it could last much longer the flyer,had a typo it,said "one month" but it was supposed to say "four months".
"WHAT?!?!"she yelled.
"I know and I don't really want to go but they said they would up the reward to 4,000,000 jewels.
"Four million,four months?"she gasped at the thought.
"You,you can't leave me for that long I could have the baby by then."
"Lucy,I'll be back before you know it."
"But what if-"
"No (what ifs),Lucy I WILL be back."
"Really,promise?"she pleaded.
"I promise."he agreed.
"Well Gajeel I really am happy you told me but I'm still going to be worried about you."she stated the obvious.
"Oh and might I add,don't be gone for to long,it said four months,but that is just an approximation,so you could be home sooner."
"Well,that also means I could be gone longer."he added grimly.
"Yeah,"she started,"I know."
"Well we have been in here for about what thirty minutes?"Gajeel asked.
"Yeah we should probably get out."she suggested.Gajeel got out first,then he helped Lucy out.
"I really am going to miss you Gajeel."
"I'm going to miss you too."

*5 hours later*

Lucy's pov

"Lucy I have to go to the train station now."Gajeel said to me.
"Ok."I whimpered.I put on my shoes and walked out the door with him.
"So you said 4 months,right?"
"Right."he agreed sadly.
"Well I have everyone here to help me."
"Everyone?"
"Well if I NEED help I can tell them,but Mira and Levy already know,so that's good."I finished.
"You should tell them,just in case,they are going to find out anyway so you should tell them to just get it out of the way."He suggested.
"Ok I guess you're right."
"Well this is it."he said once we stopped on the train platform.
"Yup..."I said tearing up.I didn't want to cry,but I couldn't help it,FOUR months,that's 123 days.I was soon crying and hugging him tightly,and I never wanted to let go.
"I thought yesterday was the last time I would see you and now that we're here and I'm REALLY saying goodbye,it's even harder."I sobbed.
"I know it's hard,but I'm doing this for our family."he said,I looked up at him and he smiled back at me.
"I know and I just want to tell you,it's a girl."I said happily.
"A girl we're having a girl?"he said,obviously very surprised.
"Yeah I found out a couple days ago at my last appointment."I explained."Although I didn't need to go to the check-up to know it was a girl I could already feel it."
"Well that's wonderful."
"I want you to pick the name."
"Me?"
"You are her father."
"Ok,how about...Lana?"
"That sounds perfect."
"Ok well I love both you,and Lana with all my heart which is why I will be home as soon as I can."
"Gajeel."I said,getting his attention.
"What?"he asked me.
"I love you."I said.
"I love you too."he finished.Those were the last words he spoke to me before he kissed me good-bye and left on the train.
