Tragedy:

I was sat in the living room watching Scooby doo. Dustin and jake had some important business going on.It was weird seeing jake get so possessive like that,I found it quite funny actually.It was getting good, Scooby was running away from some monster when the door rang.I sighed and got up.At the door stood Luke,Jason and cole.

"Hi guys" I grumbled.

"Is jake in?",Jason asked.

"Yea he's in a meeting,come in",I answered.I led them into the living room and sat on the sofa.

"So what's with all these meetings",I asked them.

Luke smirked,"everyone's trying to get away from you.",I mocked hurt and lobbed a pillow at him.

"we're sorting out defences,it seems we have been getting quite a few rouge attacks",after Jason said that Luke went stiff.After a while jake came in with Dustin.I didn't pay much attention to them as I was still watching Scooby doo.I could hear them faintly in the background.

"Is that alright with you Leah ?", Dustin interrupted my little tele fest.

"Shhhhhhh",I said,It was coming to the end of Scooby doo and I wanted to see who it was.I heard a few snorts from behind me.

Scooby turned of so I switched the tele of and turned to see only Luke and Dustin.I pouted,I'm bored now.Im stuck in this house with such mopey people.Thats when I had an idea.

"Luke?"

"Hmmmmm?"

"Where does Hadley live?"

The question causes a silence,not a awkward one but more of a sad one.

Dustin started to answer "le-" but he was cut of by Luke.

"No Dustin,she needs to know",I looked at at them confused.

"Leah,Hadley died.", I froze,I couldn't move.My blood ran cold,I was struggling to breathe.I barley noticed Jason,jake and cole walk in.

"Nice going Luke", Jason sneered?,

"look what you've done now",Dustin reached over to touch my shoulder but I moved out of his grasp and stood up.I looked Luke dead in the eyes.

"how?" I asked,my voice as cold as ice.
He replied instantly.

"I can't talk about it ,you'll have to ask my mum."

That was it had to leave, I had go and find out what happened.I couldn't stand to be around the people who kept such a thing from me.I jumped up and headed to the hall way to get my shoes.I was stopped however by jake.He had hold of my arm.

"Where are going",he asked denying me eye contact,wow this boy has nerve.

"Why do you care",I sneered yanking my arm from him.Ok wrong choice of words but I'm angry.His eyes turned dark.

He was about to speak when Dustin attempted to speak to me."Le-". I turned to him all guns blazing.

"don't you dare speak to me,don't you dare!", I screeched.I could feel cole trying to calm my emotions but I was riled.

"would it have killed you to call me.She was my best friend Dustin,my best friend!",I felt tears threatening to fall.I chocked out a sob and marched out the room.It was only when I was outside that I realised that I didn't know where to go.It wasn't long after that jake came out and said that he would drive me there.I didn't speak to him on the way there I didn't want to acknowledge him.I felt broken an betrayed on my way to Lizzies.
