"I can't do this" I said to myself as I stood on the mirror.I had worn my red strapless dress with a black sash that stops just before my knee.I had my small red heals and applied some makeup.I was going to meet the pack today.
"I can't do this" I muttered to myself again.
What would they think of me?what if I do something stupid?.I do that sometimes.

Ok a lot!

I felt someone's arms wrap around my back.I turned to see jake holding me.

"You can do it and you look beautiful." He said pressing his forehead to mine.

Let me tell you that not a lot of things could have ruined that moment.I heard the door open and took no notice to it until a I heard a high pitched squeal.Clair and Mike,jakes parents walked in.I remember jakes parents very well the lovely Luna who spoilt me and Hadley to death-wrong phrase and the kindly alpha who looked after the pack with such care.At the current moment Clair was in the middle of hugging me,scolding her son for not telling her and shouting "mike it's Leah,it's Leah".

"Calm down Clair don't Hurt the girl,I know it's Leah! How could I forget little Leah"mike said also joining the hug.

Clair held me at arms length,"you haven't changed one bit Leah,your still that blue eyed little girl."

Jake grinned at me,"my blue eyes girl" I blushed.Trust jake to say something cheesy in front of his parents.

"Pixie" I screeched as I ran down the stairs towards the little pixie like girl.It was probably very un-Luna like of me but who could blame me.I mean I've been talking and spending a lot of time with the women if the pack cooking and baking but it had been terribly boring.

I ran into pixies awaiting arms.
"You look amazing",she said her voice muffled by the hug.

I scoffed,"you look better",I stated lightly touching the black fabric of her dress.

She held me at arms length,"Im being seriously serious le you look incredible,I can't believe your our Luna!"

I cringed,"I know,I'm not sure If I'm ready for it."

She frowned,"Honey,you'll be a great Luna because your a great everything."

And that was mainly that as for the party I mean.I was introduced as Luna witch caused a loud response of happiness.Clair's house was truly magnificent,so grand,so big.of course not as good as the pack house but still good. I had been mingling all evening ,I even had to endure Luke's suggestive comments.I spent some time with the parents caring for young children but most with pixie and her friends.Cilia was there and pixie introduced me to Marisa a feisty looking girl with deep green eyes and dark brown hair and belle,a shy creature with blue eyes like mine and a lighter shade of brown hair.

"Hello",belle said shyly as pixie introduced her to me.

"And this is Marisa" pixie said gesturing to the girl next to her who was currently shooting daggers at some boy.

Pixie sighed,"is it mason again?"

Marisa nodded slowly.Cilia must have noticed the confusion on my face.

"Mason was the cocky ass player in high school who had nearly every girl he wanted,that was until Marisa came along and showed him the boot,said he would never get to her.of course that made him more determined and he promised her that he'd get her one day."

"And he hasn't stopped annoying the fuck out of me since that day" Marisa sighed,"I mean out if all the players it had to that one."

I looked at her I confusion,"all the players?"
