Nightmares

Adam's P.O.V

After the heart torturing funeral for Max, everyone at the offices, are so depressed. We told our fans on social media, and they seem horrified too. They sent us videos of them crying over Max. Spilling out all of my tears, I rolled over in my bed, and closed my eyes.

I reopened my eyes, expecting to be in my tear soaked mattress, but I woke up in a fiery place, with fire, and granite holding the ground. I gasped, as faint screams were heard. I shivered, trying to wake up in reality. Was this the dream Ross was telling me? B-but...Max wouldn't be in the Nether (or underworld). 

"Hello, Adams." A strong accent voice wheezed. B-barney? He looked over me, as I backed away, heart beating fast. I swallowed,

"Uh, H-hello..." I stammered. He smiled,

"You looks a littles nervous there, hmm?" He jeered. I bit back a retort.

"Well, you killed Max, so yeah." I growled, wanting to scream, but I daren't. I trembled, but Barney just giggled.

"Anyways. It's a shame that Ross didn't help your poor friend..." He rasped. I paused, waiting for him to say anything.

"It may be his fault that Max died..." He went on. I puffed my chest in rage,

"IT WAS YOU!" I screeched. "YOU KILLED HIM! NOT ROSS!" Barney seemed to grow impatient.

"Well, he was crying like a baby, as he watched his "sempai" die." He laughed. Okay, I know what he's doing. He wants me to kill Ross for him. Or at least hate him!

"It's not working!" I hissed. 

I suddenly felt smoky hands, swirl around me like smoke. I yelped in fear, the hands pressuring me more.

"GET THE FUCK OFF!" I roared. I opened my eyes to see that I was in my room, with Ross' hand on my shoulder, trying to wake me up.

"S-sorry..." I whispered. His eyes were wide. "I had a nightmare about Barney..." I added.

"You were screaming in your sleep, so I wanted to wake you." Ross croaked. "What did Barney say?"

"He wants me to hurt you." I growled. Ross gasped.

"I won't though!" I added quickly. "I understand if you don't trust me. I know that you have trust issues, with Jin and Barney..."

"No, I trust you. But....what if they get to Max...The could hurt him!" He wailed. I patted his back.

"They won't."
