**Mira's POV**

We tread along the sand, hand in hand. We pull each other over the sand mill and I look over at Seb. His shortish brown hair is glistening from sweat and when he looks over as me, even though we are starving and struggling, he smiles. I love his smile. I love the way he looks at me, and cares for me. He is so amazing, and I'm glad I met him.

I think I love him.

I might not, but at least I think I do.

~~~~~~~~~
The sand suddenly ends and all Seb and I see is dense forest, filled with luscious fruit and berries and most certainly, water. We run, almost using all the energy we have to eat food. I pick strawberries and blueberries off a bush and eat them almost instantly. My chapped, dry lips soak up all the moisture from the berries and I cherish them. We pick as many as we can until both of our packs are full. Then we head to the water. Grabbing our 4 empty water bottles out of our packs, we fill them up to the brim and drink up, then refill and keep walking. We keep walking until we tread on sand once again.
"I think this forest is a circle!" Sebastian says.
"Yeah, I think we should stay here. Forever. Let's start our new lives here!" I say, gleaming.
Seb nods his head,
"To our new life!" He toasts
"To our new life, beyond the bridges!" I exclaim and we dance until sunset.
The End!!!!!
Yay, I finished this book!
I decided to end this book here, because I have had really bad writers block for this book for a long time, and I think this was a really good place to end.
If you want more, please give any ideas or suggestions on the way this book should go, but until then, hope everyone enjoyed this short story.
I have changed the blurb and the genre of this book to fit its categories correctly.
Thanks for reading!
My main book now is Choices, and I may be starting a romance short story called 'The mannequins Charm'.
