Chapter 11

POV of Narrator

The next morning Maddy and Isaac got up and spent the day together not in countering many problems. Things were a bit awkward and quiet though.

On Monday Maddy went to school alone. She was afraid that going to school with Isaac would make everything that happened seem less than it was. Maddy didn't want to undermine the situation. When she got to school it was quiet and tension was high. When Maddy saw Aiden he was bruised around his eye and looked very stiff. she tried walking past him without him noticing her. "Hey Maddy" Aiden said. "Hey, are you okay? I'm so sorry for what Isaac did." Maddy said. "Im fine, that's okay you really don't need to be sorry." Aiden said. "Well I should go to my locker. I'll see you later." Maddy said. Aiden nodded and Maddy walked away. "What's going on Maddy?" Scott asked. "I don't know what you mean." Maddy said. "Isaac is yelling at Stiles!" Scott said. Maddy looked at him. "Where are they?" she asked. Scott pointed to the parking lot by Stiles' jeep. Maddy ran outside to find Isaac yelling at Stiles. "Isaac!!! What the hell do you think you're doing?" Maddy said. Isaac looked at Maddy. "Maddy..." Isaac said. "No! Leave Stiles alone. Go inside, go to class. We can talk later. Things aren't good though." Maddy said. Isaac looked at her and walked away. "Hey, I'm sorry this happened." Maddy said. "Its okay, I don't know what's gotten into him. I can't even talk to him without setting him off." Stiles said. Maddy and Stiles walked to class together.

After school Maddy went home to find Isaac sitting on her couch. "Isaac, what's going on with you?" Maddy asked. "I'm just a bit worried Maddy. I'm worried that I'll lose you." Isaac said. "You'll lose me if you act like this. I think this is the end of us."
