Sleeping in Papyrus's bed... It was warm and yet saddening. "What am I trying to do?" I forced the covers off of me. I wanted more then anything just to lie there, but a voice lingered in my ear "we need to get up... we can do this" I followed that voice as if I were a puppet. I walked onto the ice hearing a nice crunch each step. My mind buzzed... there was a non-stop buzzing in my ears. My stomach felt as if it were flipping. The dance inside me wouldn't stop and with each turn a shot of pain washed over me, but then disappeared. The dance was over. I let my feet guide me... walking as if I already knew the steps. They knew where they were going, but I did not. A calm voice in my head said, "i have to go to the castle" The voice mumbled something about Chara. I placed my hand on my chest "Why don't I just... reset now" Something wouldn't let me... I tried but something in side me screamed not to. My feet led me to a purple area... even though never being there before a voice rang in my ear "The Waterfall". In my way were patched of long grass just taller then me. I moved a part of them back to see Gaster's smiling face "Nice to see you again"

"i knew you were a snake in the grass, but um... wow" A hint of resentment lingered in my tone. "Where are you heading?" My face scrunched up "Why should I tell you?"

This feeling... a strong emotion waved over me. Hatred... I hated Gaster. The terrifying memory of cold operating tables filled my mind. Were these memories his or mine. I shoved past Gaster without a word 'Never again...' The thought triggered itself. I suddenly knew where I was going the image of a white lab filled my vision. 'No ones in town hall... I could find my birth certificate' I shook off my own desire. Who cares what my name is? It doesn't define me... The rushing sound of water I expected to hear was shallow. 'It must be dry... without Ice Wolf chucking ice cubes' this piece of knowledge wasn't mine was it... I started to question each piece of myself. I wanted to dissect it and put it into categories: His, Mine. I came to a tall building it was a lab. The thought of Alphys came with it. My heart jumped in my chest 'she made out right?' Then I answered my own question 'There's no one here... not even on the surface' I clinched my chest "But it doesn't matter" I said to myself out loud "Soon enough everyone will be back" The lab doors open and I sighed. I opened my bag to look at the three jars filled with ashes. I know have Papyrus, Toriel, and Undyne. Toriel was the only one with just ashes in her jar. Papyrus's was filled with water and Undyne.... She had melted her jar had only her eye patch in it. I sighed, "Soon we'll be home" I closed the bag walking into the spooky atmosphere of the lab. Nothing moved only a single piece of paper. It floated towards forcing me to read it.

'Hurry up dumbass- Chara' I felt goose bumps pop up on me. How could this be happening? A large screen began to flicker on.

"Chara! Mia! You two are a mess!" It showed two baby girls covered in mud. The camera turned to show a man with dark brown hair and bright green eyes. He stared at the girls and laughed. Another voice was heard this voice of a women "You two are the cutest!" The video cut there. I stared at the black screen 'Why did that video bug me so much?' I bit my lip and tore myself from the place I was standing. I took a few more steps noticing her computer. This is the first place I saw with power. I clicked the power button. It was an older model; good it made it easier to figure out. The first thing that popped up was Mew Mew Kissy. My smile spread as I pulled the chair out to sit on. 'I'll just chill out here' I sighed 'I'd rather get out here... but I have walked a lot today' I watched the whole movie including the second one. My opinion of the second one varied I hated it, but at the same time loved it. I leaned back in the rolling chair. It was comfortable and I wanted to stay like this. For the first time in this spooky lab I felt relaxed. The warmness of the Hotlands didn't come into the lap leaving it a comfortable temperature. Random things popped in my mind. About sans and mine meeting after the reset... about looking Frisk in the eye after she murdered everyone. The thought of Frisk made me have a pang of guilt. I knew if I were to reset... I'd still love Frisk... I won't be able to protect them from her. The feeling terrified me. 'I have to! I love Frisk, but this is a whole civilization we are talking about!' I thought to myself letting out a cry of frustration. I could stop her from falling... but then I wouldn't have met sans. 'I can't that selfish' I knew everything counted on me. Their lives, Frisk, and my happy ending and theirs all depended on my choices. The burden was heavy on my shoulders. As I was leaning in the chair I suddenly felt as if I were falling. I jumped up, just to notice something strange. "A bathroom?" 'Monster don't have bathrooms... that I know of' I eased my way to the door that sensed my presence and opened. It was not a restroom at all, but it was an elevator. An awkward chuckle escaped my lips "look what we found doll" With few hesitation I traveled down the elevator... despite the fact that I knew a shortcut. I leaned casually against the wall wearing a smirk all the way down. Across from me was a mirror... I didn't look like myself. One eye was a bright blue and my face was paler then usual. "beautiful" I said a sly smirk "well kid you did want me inside of you" I had the sudden urge to slap myself, but didn't honestly want to feel the pain. I crossed my arms and kept leaning against the wall. The door slid open and a burst of air was shot in my face. "Look how big you are" I heard an eerie voice creep out of the dark room. "TOO SPOOKY FOR ME!" I started pressing down on the button to the elevator. No matter how hard a pushed it stayed there. Holding me captive and making me face the fear of the voice. "Come on, Lilly Pad" I felt something wrap around my neck "Let's play a game"

There was a loud boom and then silence. Sans' Gaster Blaster was there happily starring at me. Well I guess it's my Gaster Blaster now. 'let's just put that away' I thought before instantly putting my hand up making the creature disappear. The lights flickered on... my surroundings were still terrifying. I crept down the hallway my hands were buried in my pocket. There was a small chill in the air it crawled up my spine. Worry and Fear tangoed in the pit in my stomach making it hard to focus. The walls were frosted and metal. My eyes locked on a huge machine... it kind of looked like one of my gaster blaster. "Maybe it'd be better if... the other you do this" I heard a cruel voice behind me. "why is that?" I asked knowing who it was. Gaster sighed "Well... there are things down here in this timeline" I laughed "Chara?"

Gaster nodded. I tilted my head "I'll have to fight her eventually"

"Not here" Gaster pushed me towards the elevator "She has advantages here" I let him push me out... I sighed 'I'm going to sleep... so she can check this area out' I somehow got comfortable in the rolling chair and feel asleep.
