Chapter 4: Night Time

"No! Don't die! Don't you fudging dare!!!" I screamed at Taaliah. Alisha had already died and if someone else dies now.... After so many hours...

"I GOT THIS!" Taaliah exclaimed, her eyes trained on her screen. "Of all things we could have done, we had to start with a heist!" Nirvana said, struggling to keep her voice down. "OH NOOOOO!!" Alexis screamed. The screen went dark and a green bar appeared that said: "Setup Failed. KAITY KAT died."

"OH MY GOODNESS NOOOO!!" I screamed. "YOU FUDGE NUGGET!"
"Stop screaming you idiots!" Trish whisper-yelled at us. "Oops?" Taaliah said, shrugging. "No way....." Andrea said staring down at her phone with a surprised look on her face. "What's wrong?" Alisha asked, sounding genuinely concerned. "It's 1am." She said. Setting her phone down beside her. "Really?" Nirvana asked, shocked. "Really...?" Alexis asked sarcastically. "Uh huh." Trish said, her mouth filled with food. "When did you when get the time to get food?" I asked, furrowing my eyebrows. "I don't know...It just happened I guess" Trish said, shrugging. We all looked at her, confused.

"What the-" Taaliah started to ask but got cut off by Trish, "It's a gift, okay?" she said, shrugging. "How is that a gift?" Nirvana asked. "Happens to me too. It's as if I'm naturally drawn to food..." Alexis said, staring at nothing in particular. We all sat there, looking at the two. "I don't understand how that works, but anyway" Andrea said. "Don't worry guys, they're just real special." I said, laughing at the expression on their faces.

"But anyway, do you guys still want to play?" Nirvana asked. "I'm kinda tired now" Alisha said, rubbing her eyes. "So, I guess it's bed time?" I asked, looking around at everyone. Everyone else looked at each other and mumbled their agreement. "Where are we going to sleep, though?" Andrea asked. "Uh... a few people can sleep in my room and the rest will have to sleep here, in the lounge. So, who wants to sleep with me?" I asked. Everyone just stood there with blank expressions on their faces. "Hello?" I looked at them, confused by the silence. "Do you not realise what you just said?" Nirvana asked. "Huh?" I asked. "Think about it a bit..." Alexis said slowly. After a few seconds, I realised what they meant. "Oh... OH! No, no, I didn't mean it in that way!"
I said as they all started to laugh.

"So.... " I said, standing up. "Who's sleeping where?" Trish asked. "Why don't we have a vote?" I suggested. "Alright. Who wants to sleep in (Y/N)'s room?" Taaliah asked. "Keep in mind, there's not a lot of space, I can have at least two people" I said. "I'll go," Trish said, putting her hand up. "I guess I'll go as well," Alisha said, looking at everyone else to see if it was fine. "Alright it's settled. I'll see if I can find a few blankets and pillows." I walked out the room to look for the pillows and blankets.

"What should we do while we wait?" Andrea asked. "We can plan our day for tomorrow?" Alexis suggested. "Alright, so what do you guys want to do?" Taaliah asked. "We could go out for a movie, then maybe lunch?" Nirvana said. "Sounds good to me!" Alexis said. "What movie should we watch?" Trish asked. "There's Batman vs. Superman, Zootopia/Zootroplis, Deadpool, The new Divergent movie: Allegiant and How to be Single." Trish said. "You memorized it?" Andrea asked. Trish just shrugged.

"Let's watch Allegiant!" Taaliah said. "I'm not really into those type of movies." Trish said. "Then why did you suggest it?" Alisha asked. "I don't know?" Trish said, shrugging, yet again. "Okie Dokie!" Nirvana said, breaking the silence, "What else is there?", "How about How to Be Single?" Alisha asked, "I've heard that it's a good romantic comedy." "I've wanted to watch the movie for a while now," Taaliah said. "I don't know... I'm not really interested in the 'romantic' part of the movie." Alexis said.

"Hmm... What else, what else... Zootopia/Zootropolis?" [It's different where I'm from] "A few of us have already watched that movie." Trish said. "OK, so its between Deadpool and Batman vs. Superman." Nirvana said. "I'm not a massive fan of Marvel" Andrea said. "I'm not allowed to watch that movie" Nirvana said.
"Batman vs. Superman it is!" Trish exclaimed. "Who's gonna buy the tickets?" Alisha asked. "We'll sort that out when we get there." Taaliah said. "And the food?" Alexis asked. "Surely we can all get our own food. If not, we'll split the pay." Andrea said.

"Alright! I have returned!" I said, walking into the room with a bunch of pillows and blankets in my arms. "Well dang! You were gone a while," Taaliah said, while helping me by taking a few pillows and blankets. "Sorry, I had to take a phone call while I was looking." I said, setting the pillows and blankets down on the carpet by the lounge. "From who?" Nirvana and Alisha asked at the same time. "And at this hour?" Andrea added. "A friend, you should know her." I said. "You need to be a little more specific than that," Alisha said. "It was Olivia." I said, walking around, checking that all the windows were closed and that the main door was locked. "You telling the truth?" Andrea said, cocking her eyebrow. "Yes, who else would it be?" I said, turning back around to face everyone. "Well... It could have been your 'special friend' from today." Alexis teased, getting chuckles from everyone else. "N-no, it wasn't him," I said, holding back a blush. 'Why is this happening? Why in the world do I blush so easily?' I thought to myself.

"Oh, you don't need to hold back," Nirvana said smirking, "It's quite visible anyway." I glared at her, and the rest started laughing. "Well, anyway!" I said, trying to get rid of the blush on my face, "We should probably start getting ready for bed." I said, looking at the others, waiting for someone to move or speak. "Yeah, I think we all deserve some rest after today, " Trish said, walking towards the stairs "I'm going to bed." "Alright, you guys good here?" I asked, looking at everyone. "Uh... I think we'll be fine," Andrea said. "We have food, so it's cool." Alexis said. "Wow, really?" I said, laughing. "Is everyone else fine?" I asked again.

Everyone mumbled yes while looking around at each other. "Alright, I assume you'll all sorts yourselves out?" I said, "You've all been here before, so you should know where to go if you need something." I yawned and started walking up to my room. "See you all in a few hours," I said. "Sleep well guys!" "Good Night!" they chorused. I went up to the bathroom in my room to get changed into my pajamas and brush my teeth. I then notice that no one had come up yet. But I was too tired to think about it. I quickly plugged my phone in the charger and went to sleep.
