Tobias POV

"You ready to go?" Uriah says as he sits down on the couch. "Yeah just give me a second." Tris walks out of the kitchen with two mugs of coffee, one for her one for Uriah. I throw on a pair of black jeans and a black tank top and run my hands through my smooth wet hair. Tris' gun sits on her nightstand and mine sits on the dresser in front of me. I decide not to take it and head out into the living room. "So what are you going to do today?" Uriah says he sips some of his coffee. Tris sits on the couch next to him drinking her coffee until she sees me walk out of the bedroom. "There's some coffee on the counter for you." I nod and grab the warm cup off of the counter. The coffee melts in my mouth as I drink it causing my body to become warm. "Yeah I'm probably going to hang out with Chris today." Tris says. "We should get going." I place my cup onto the counter as Uriah gets up and does the same. Tris walks up behind me and wraps her arms around my waist. She leans her head on my shoulder and whispers in my ear, "Stay careful and you better come home tonight." I kiss her and she kisses me back. We stay there kissing until Uriah coughs making it awkward. "And you-" Tris points her finger and waves it towards Uriah. "-You better come back too." He nods and walks out the door. I turn around and wrap my arms around her waist as she wraps her arms around my neck. "I will always love you Beatrice Prior." She laughs and smiles her beautiful smile. "And I will always love you Tobias Eaton." I kiss her lips and savor the moment then walk out the door leaving her standing there.

Uriah leans against the wall waiting for me. "What took you so long?" He raises his eyebrow and we both laugh at the same time. "Come on I told your brother I'd keep an eye on you." He playfully punches me in the arm as we walk down the hallway. "So how's everything going with you and Christina?" "It's going good. I think we actually like each other." "That's good." We continue to walk down numerous worn down hallways until we reach a room with a few people crowding inside, one of them being Kylie. "I think we are supposed to meet in here." I point towards the room next to us. We walk inside the room and Kylie notices. "Great everyone is here." She walks up to a computer and projects images onto the screen above. "We believe Ben's soldiers are scouting us out in this area." Kylie draws something on the computer. On the screen a big circle appears around a few buildings on a map. "This is where we are." A small circle appears a few inches away from the big circle. "So we need you guys to go out and see if you can find anything left by him or his men." Everyone nods in agreement. Kylie stands up and hands each person a radio and a gun. "Now keep these guns with you at all times. We don't know if there is anyone else out there." A man -who is around thirty or forty- stands up and heads towards the door. "Hold on. There is one thing I need you guys to know." She pauses for a second. "If you do get caught by one of their men, it's highly unlikely but it could happen, use the sos button on your radio." All ten men -including Uriah and I- stand up and head out the door.

We pass a few hallways until we reach the door leading us outside. One man grabs a map out of his bag and holds it up for all of us to see. "So over here is where we need to go-" The man points to the marked dot on the map. "-we aren't too far away. It will take us around thirty minutes to get there. Oh and I am Raf but you guys call call me R." R decides to take the lead and starts walking in the direction of the buildings. We walk for a long time with our guns drawn. All of the buildings appear to be very close to collapsing. Red dirt covers different parts of the buildings and part of the ground. The sun beams down on all of us. R stops walking causing all of us to stop walking. He stares at the building a few yards away from us then abruptly sprints to the building on our right. We all follow, confused. "What the hell happened R?" Someone blurts out. We all huddle against the wall. "There's someone in that building. Everyone split up and search it." Uriah comes with me while everyone else heads in a different direction.

"Who do you think is in there?" Uriah asks with his gun drawn next to me. "I don't know. It's probably someone who is camping out. I doubt it is one of his men." I slowly walk, with my gun drawn in front of me, around the side of the building. Uriah stops and says, "Over here." We crawl through a whole in the side of the building to find stairs on the left and a room on the right. "You go right I'll go left." He nods and walks towards the room on the right. I slowly walk up the metal staircase. After a few flights of stairs I find an old rusty door opened a few inches. The door slides open with a push of my gun. It's pitch black in the room I enter. My hand finds the flashlight in my pocket and flicks it on but the flashlight doesn't turn on. Great. Just great. I continue to walk forward with my gun in front of my face. My body comes to a halt when I hear the door close behind me. Who the hell is in here? I instantly freeze when a hand touches my back and trails around to my shoulder.
