A/N: SOOOO SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED! I've been busy with school... bleh. So here is the long awaited chapter :3

*Miranda's POV*

I woke up to the sound of confused and groggy whispers.

"What the fuck, dude?" a deep voice asked.

"And I thought they were JUST best friends!" a slightly higher pitched voice sleepily exclaimed.

I silently tapped the back of Sylvia's hand, and after a few moments, she tapped back. It was our way of saying we were awake, without waking the other. Like, if I tapped her hand, but she didn't tap back, she's asleep. So if she tapped my hand, and I didn't tap back, then I was asleep. We used to do it when Sylvia's ex, Taylor, would abuse us. We did it to say if we were okay and such.

"I can't believe this, dude. What if they did this for a place to stay?" the deeper voice said. I assumed it was Aleks, since he said 'dude' twice.

The higher pitched voice gasped after a moment. "What if they did it just for sex?" That was definitely James.

Sylvia gripped my hand, and I held hers.

They must've seen it, because James whispered loudly, "See, Aleks?! They are fucking together!"

Alright, enough.

"We aren't together," I said, sitting up from our makeshift couch bed.

Aleks and James jumped back, and Sylvia snuggled more into my side.

"Then what the fuck was that all about?!" James yelled, gesturing at us.

I scratched the back of my head. "Um..." I wasn't sure if I wanted to tell them yet. They already heard about Taylor, so I think telling them about this was too much.

"How about we tell you guys when I'm certain that we're alone," Sylvia said, finally sitting up in our bed.

Obviously Sylvia didn't think so.

James stiffened. "No."

I stared at him, my mouth slightly open in shock.

He looked at Sylvia dead in the eyes. "You two have to tell ALL of us."

I gulped, but Sylvia seemed calm. "Fine. I assume you told the others about Taylor, my ex?"

Oh, great. She's in perfect English mode.

That usually means she's annoyed or, as she says, 'just peachy.'

James nodded, his fists clenched. "Yeah, I did."

I looked at Aleks, and he looked back at me. I wanted to just run to him, and throw myself into his arms. I wanted to be away from all this, away from my past.

Aleks took a small step towards me, as if he wanted to the same. But he stepped back into his place, and looked down at his feet.

James straightened, and turned away, walking towards the stairs. "You're going to tell us," he said over his shoulder.

Aleks mouthed, "Sorry." and ran out after James.

I looked at Sylvia, and she turned to me, cuddling into my chest. I hugged her tight when I heard her sniffling.

*Aleks's POV*

I ran up the stairs, to see James sitting on the floor against the wall, his head in his hands.

"Don't you think you were a bit hard on her?" I asked, sitting next to him.

James shook his head. "I don't know man... I... I can't believe they didn't tell us before..."

"Well, they already told us about Taylor. Don't you think that they thought it'd be good to wait a bit?"

James looked at me, his eyebrows furrowed. "Tell me this, Aleks, what if they never told us? Tell me that!"

I looked away. "But does that really matter now? Now they're with us, and hopefully happy. And it had to have been hard for them to tell us about Taylor."

He nodded. "I guess..."

"Come on," I said, standing up. "Let's go get breakfast."

James nodded, and stood up. We walked into the kitchen to see all the guys there.

"They awake?" Koots asked.

I nodded. "Yeah. They'll be up soon."

He nodded, and eventually they came into the kitchen. Miranda waddled in, wearing her puppy dog pj's. She had a bit of bedhead, but it was adorable.

Miranda noticed me watching her, and smiled slightly. I smiled back.

Sylvia came up the stairs behind Miranda, her eyes slightly puffy, and her cheeks were pinkish. I tried to give her a sympathetic look, but she ignored me.

We all silently got breakfast, which was waffles and bacon, and sat down in the living room. (Except Miranda just got cereal and bacon, because she doesn't like waffles.)

Surprising, right?

After breakfast, we all parted ways to our rooms to record and such.

James slouched upstairs to his room, slamming the door. I guess he didn't want to hear about "them" yet.

I sat in the living room awkwardly, just watching T.V. Miranda came upstairs from their little room when I was in the middle of a Breaking Bad episode.

"Hey..." she muttered, crashing onto the couch.

"What's up?"

Miranda groaned, and brushed a piece of hair aside. I patted a spot on the couch next to me, and she scooted over to it, laying her head on my chest.

"Sylvia was crying again... Then she fell asleep... She feels like she fucked up with James," Miranda replied after getting cozy.

"It's not her fault. James overreacted. And it's a part of the past. I believed you when you said you guys weren't dating." I stroked her hair, which was now brushed and less bedheady.

"Thanks... I'm not excited for telling all you guys though. I mean, yeah, you deserve to know, but you also just found out about Taylor. It's a lot of information, right?"

I nodded a little. Absentmindedly, (word? lol) my fingers traced her scar on her side. She sighed, but in a sleepy and calm way.

"I'd rather wait to tell you guys..." Miranda said, running a hand along my chest.

"James never did tell the guys about what we saw. So you may have a few days," I replied.

"Maybe..." I heard Miranda sigh again, and her breathing slowed a bit. Leaning down, I saw that she was asleep. I smiled, and continued watching Breaking Bad.
